4 ★ well yeah as a beginner it pushes me a lot, and that's great not like the other apps

4 ★ Good but find it a bit difficult to navigate. I just found out here by reading the comments that time is increased depending on your answer on "how was it" question. I had no idea about it... is it explained somewhere? also, what happens after you finish the 30 day challenge? is there a plan that I can follow so that it continues to gradually get more difficult?

5 ★ i installed the app, set the reminder and then tried hard to ignore the notification. i succeeded for 3 days. then i failed. i did my first beginner workout session - 1 Min and 20 seconds is 1 minute and 20 seconds i didn't do in the past year. and i can see it being easy to succumb to the reminders daily because it had my abs shaking but not so much i won't do it again. baby steps to better health. LOVE THIS APP - it was made for people like me!

4 ★ I think this app is good. I'm doing the 30 day beginner challenge. My only issue is that the only option to tell you if a workout was too hard is a single button at the end. And then it decreases the times of the exercises (which I didn't want) and then the difficult variation. But it gave the too hard variation again the next time. It would be better if you could give feedback on individual exercises.

5 ★ Super easy to use, straight forward and even the free version isn't obscured by a ridiculous amount of ads. They're there at the top, but they aren't distracting at all. For the $30 liftime access price tag I'm seriously considering purchasing.

2 ★ Unfortunately now it is in German. I wanna have back the English Voice Commands. At least let the user choose the language. Also "Pause" does not work anymore when you just tab anywhere on the screen, just on a small button. NOT HELPFUL during workout! And what is worse: You cannot Un-Pause anymore. Could not find any button etc. Really bad upgrade. Wanna have back the old version.

5 ★ Amazing app to keep me honest with my workouts! Ive had sciatica pain from bulged discs for over a year. Ive done PT, chiropractic care, acupuncture, a couple of cortisone shots but i know regular strength training is helpful. This app make you feel so successful, the beginner level is very reasonable and starts slow and steady. Awesome!

5 ★ Love it! I am building up my core strength after rupturing a disc in my back and this app keeps me on track. Planks are one of the best exercises to strengthen your core muscles, and this app lets me choose from many different options so I can vary my routine from day to day. The countdown and the voice coaching is great.

5 ★ pretty simple and straight forward. I like how it allows you to sort of be in control. You can constantly add 5 seconds to your rest if you need it, plus you can do individual planks or a 30 day challenge. Pretty good.

5 ★ I like the progression of difficulty in each level. it only takes a minute or so to complete each set so no matter how busy I am, there's always time to drop down and complete a set. You can literally do this in less time than it takes to watch a commercial.

5 ★ Simple and effective. Only improvement is to give you more customisation in the plans. For example, I want to do daily 5 days then nothing on weekends, but can't see an option

5 ★ I have downloaded many apps for working out. This one really it's probably the best free app so far. I have back issues and cannot do conventional sit ups, so planking is my go to core exercise. I have recommended this app to several people which I would never do if I didn't like it. Thanks for this app!!!

5 ★ This app motivates me to get back in shape. I set a timer on my phone, and hit the app to exercise regularly. The gradual progression is helpful, and I can decide when to move to the next level.

4 ★ I like to do a quick 10 minute workout every morning when I wake up. So I figured why not try planking, it's a full body work out so why not. After doing level 9 which runs for about 9:30, it is extremely intense. I have to say I am thoroughly impressed.
