Download the latest uniPark - parking APP application, version 1.0.16, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Business app is developed by Unipark, UAB and is easy to download and install.

Description
PAYMENT WITHOUT LEAVING THE VEHICLE
No more cash and waiting at the counter, pay for parking with just one click in parking lots, city zones, airports, Nida entrance tickets, and electric vehicle charging with the uniPark APP.
PARKING IN CITY ZONES
Pay for parking in city zones throughout all over Lithuania (in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Trakai, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, and Nida). To pay for parking (in urban areas) on city streets, turn on the GPS feature of your device, which will select the area you are in now - all you have to do is start parking.
PARKING IN BARRIER-PROTECTED UNIPARK LOTS
The uniPark APP activates in barrier-protected parking lots as soon as you enter the parking lot, and your vehicle registration number is scanned. You no longer need to choose a parking zone or set the parking duration, as the parking system identifies them for you, you only need to pay before leaving.
PARKING AT AIRPORTS
Planning a trip? Leave your vehicle in short-term and long-term parking lots at Vilnius (VNO), Kaunas (KUN), and Palanga (PLQ) airports. Choose from over 4,500 parking spaces throughout Lithuania. Pay with the uniPark APP.
NIDA ENTRANCE TICKET
Heading to Nida? Buy an entry ticket to Nida for the whole year through the uniPark APP. To purchase, click on the Services button and select "Entry ticket to Neringa" or look for the leaflet icon on the map in Neringa. Tickets purchased through the APP are valid at Alksnynė control post.

1 ★ One of the worst apps. Very bad UI.
1 ★ Had a disastrous experience. To sum it up: 1. Application load time was about a minute. When I changed the phone screen to another app and switched back to uniPark, it froze with a white screen. Had to restart and wait the whole load time yet again 2. When trying to pay with mobile network operator, app crashed with a generic error 3. When I've added a credit card, tried to pay by clicking the pay button. It kept loading, I've waited for a while and when the loading bar disappeared, nothing happened. I thought that I had paid, but when I tried to drive out of the parking lot, I've been informed that I hadn't paid yet. Tried to pay by credit card again, the app kept loading. In the end, I had to use a parkomat and paid with cash.
1 ★ Doesn't remind you that you have parking service running, if you forget to stop it silently draining your money all day long. Very often even if you remember that you have to stop service it doesn't allow you just displaying error messages,l, then you have to call to the service center to ask to stop it - other way it just keep taking your money and you can not do anything about it. Crazy.
2 ★ Slow. Buggy. Unstable. Unreliable. Uses Android framework design anti-patterns. 50% of time I cannot even start/stop parking and app show to call it's some kind of support. Doesn't support android auto and tablet mode (aka Rockship custom autoaudio). Total junkware. Only fix to this app can only be remastering this app... 2 stars because it works sometimes. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
1 ★ I liked the app as a user friendly and convenient. But actually I did not give any agreement to send the pushes evertime i pass unipark in any city. Also, you actually can select any car number and know some locations where the car is by these never ending push notifications. So after unwillingly I crossed my employees privacy due to this app function, I just deleted it. You have no rights to do it.
1 ★ This app is horrible. You pay using app and expect leaving airport but the gate just won't open, even after calling support you get same error and finally after several minutes of lag and chaos in the parking lot you can leave - this happens always. You may pay twice or get random error this is just how things work here. Avoid their service if you can.
1 ★ 1) maps offten lags when zones are displayed. lag gets worse over zoom level until app crashes. 2) somtimes it recognises the zone and offers to start parking but offten it does not. then you need to kill app and restart it. 3) loading screen at start is way too long. somtimes i just want a quick check, nut i need to wait 90% of time on loading screen. 4) after some time app lost info that parking was started (this was caused by country change in settings while parking was active)
4 ★ The app works. I only use it at the airport and I always have to wait up to half a minute at the exit gate while it realises that I already paid. There was an issue where it thought I had to pay nothing, though that could've been due to a new phone. Everything else seems fine
4 ★ honestly, I really like this app as now I don't have to go look for parkmeter or even open app upon arriving as it automatically starts counting time when I have parked. With easy swipe you can pay for parking when you are done with your errands. So convienient. And I hope secure too. One thing which is sometimes troublesome is that app can not properly communicate with parking server and even though I payed, I cannot leave parking. I had to call helpdesk to let me out. And this was not one time
2 ★ Have to keep sliding park button to park many many times. After selecting the correct zone, on the confirmation screen it still shows the wrong zone. Have to keep trying until it works. Had a major problem where I stopped parking in one place. It said it was successful. Then when I used the app 2 days later, I realised it said I had been parked for over 2 days. Contacted support who told me to delete and instal app again. Good idea but lots of bugs in this app.
1 ★ After leaving the country I was still not able to remove the rental car from the list as you need to have at least one car and one credit card in the app. Two weeks later they resided that I parked the car I no longer have over 15,000km away and proceeded to charge the credit card. If using make sure to use a virtual credit card and cancel that as soon as you no longer need the application.
1 ★ App started to count time and money for parking itself, (It wasnt turned on for few days) and it happened few times. Also started to send random notification that I already paid for parking, which I wasnt even started. Atleast this version is unstable and behaving unpleasantly.
1 ★ Worst parking app ever. Not only it is very unstable, it is complytely unrealiable. Used this app to pay for parking in Vilnius airport. But leaving car park got message that I've not payed for the parkin and had to pay second time in order to be able to leave. Useless junk!
1 ★ Tragedy! Most useless and money draining parking app. Developers doesnt know how to create user friendly app. It is hard to use. If 2 people have it and you are parked both phones draining money and if you want to stop it, it takes 1 euro from you. Amd I dont want it to activate automaticaly! Unninstal and never us it again. Shame to creators.
5 ★ Prices are reasonable, and you can pay using WiFi unlike many alternatives. The only inconvenience I have had is that when you leave your car parked overnight, the app will not continue the payments in the morning.
