4 ★ i really like this app cause all the others I've tried don't leave me as pumped and in as much pain as this does. I would really love this if you'd perhaps add arm workouts. It's not fun having to switch apps to get what i want so for now here's a 4 star rating😄😍

5 ★ *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*. I usually don't type reviews, I just give ratings. But, for this app is phenomenal. I've completed all workout and I nearly lost 4.5 kg (9 lbs) in a month. Surprisingly, this app is effective. Starts with mild workouts and ends with heavy workouts. Recording graph is awesome (if you've weighing scale at home). Simple, Decent app. No ads at all. Very good app for beginners. Give it a try, it's worth. Thank you.
5 ★ Everything is absolutely perfect about this app.. Jst the only thing which I didn't like is the time limit of every particular exercise.. Its too short.. Atleast the time limit should increase with as the day increases..
3 ★ I like the app but I'm bumbed that I cannot restart your progress. I stopped for a few days and I can't restart I tried to reinstall the app and it just picked up from I last left off...
3 ★ Its an okay App. It keeps putting my incorrect weight and height on the data report though. Can that be fixed? I wished it had an arms workout section too and a meal recipe/ keto diet as an option. I would highly recommend for beginners.
4 ★ This app has worked quite well for me in Lockdown. However, I would suggest that it should have an option to increase or decrease the time of break in between each exercise basis our feasibility.
3 ★ Pretty basic. The only complaint that I have is that it puts me at 386# instead of 175# that I actually weigh and for some reason it won't change it!
5 ★ I felt like I need to do exercise when my chest felt hurt two weeks ago, so I started with a walk for 30 minutes in the first day. I installed this app a week late and now I am on day 6. In these 6 days, my strength increases and I have lost 5 pounds. I walk for an hour then do this exercise. To be slim is not my goal, I want a healthy body, but today I am so proud with myself. Thank you for this great daily program. I love it!
