1 ★ Просто конченное приложение!!! Минут пятнадцать пытался забить свой адресс, в итоге забил на приложение!!!

2 ★ Добавьте кнопку отказаться от курьера: уже не в первый раз делаю заказ, его принимает курьер в другом районе, далеко от заведения, и начинает кататься по другим районам 10,20,30 минут, час. В это время отказаться от заказа нельзя, сделать новый заказ тоже. Приходиться звонить курьеру, ругаться и просить его/ее отказаться от доставки. Сегодня опять история повторилась- курьеры берут заказы не рядом и катаются.
1 ★ Неудобное приложение. Зачем сразу привязывать мой номер телефона, если у меня ещё есть аккаунт? Данные сливаете? Ну и фиг вам тогда
1 ★ Не получилось сделать первый заказ. Ввел имя на кириллице и латинице, а приложение выдаёт ошибку о том что там присутствуют ЦИФРЫ. При добавлении банковской карты приложение вылетает. Спасибо. Поел было вкусно. Еду я так и не заказал.
2 ★ Отвратительный и местами неюзабельный UX. Как говорит один известный человек - за такое надо гнать из профессии.
2 ★ Нельзя выбрать доставку ко времени и поменять номер телефона, что очень неудобно. Предзаказ делать пришлось напрямую у ресторана( (И насколько помню раньше это можно было сделать)
1 ★ Раньше было более менее хорошим приложением, сейчас стало дном. Каждый заказ что то происходит, заведения пихают на чокофуд что они неправильно показывают акции, а чокофуд так вообще молчит, до них не достучаться, даже не пробуйте. Короче - дно, удаляю приложение.
3 ★ Спс за отклик. Курьеров одевайте красивым как в Яндекс. Вам бы сделать слегка нейтральные(серые) оттенки фона как в Дзен/Я. Еда(подход эпла на iOS, macos-сафари). Визуально это снизит раздражительный белый фон, повысит комфорт. Имхо "Красота - редкое оружие". И вам бы суперапп как в янГо. Вот тогда будет другая движуха. Ресурсы есть у вас, и найдется.
