Pie Control 1.8.89 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

3 ★ Used to be good, now just problem after problem. Sometimes the app gets stuck and will freeze. Sometimes it won't open at all and I have to go find the app and open it to get it to work.

2 ★ I used to love this app but the new overhaul seemed to break the app. The esthetic is downgraded, it's not as customizable anymore, the notepad feature doesn't seem to work, and it got clunky.

1 ★ Wth, was working fine before latest update, now not working. Not even liking new updates/changes. It doesn't work, when I open the app thn only its working. Why did I bloody update!!!!

1 ★ The removal of the drop down notification shortcut and also wifi shortcuts has made this app practically useless. Why is it removed? No idea what happened but the newer versions have deteriorated the app so much that it keeps crashing.

4 ★ The app was previously super awesome. But after the update, the app constantly close itself regardless of the battery optimization or app sleep exception rule turned on. Please help fix this. 🙏

2 ★ Update: My main issue after the updates remains speed. I have continued to use the updated version but I am getting real close to rolling back to an older version. When I swipe from the right, the pie pops out fairly quickly (not quick enough, though) but what annoys me most is if I make a selection, I have to hold my finger on it for a bit before it activates the selection. When I swipe quickly (as I am used to) it is mostly a miss. Devs, please fix this!

1 ★ Most recent update made pie completely unusable. The pie opens, freezes and i can't select an app or even back out. The pie just disappears after a few seconds. One of my favorite apps absolutely ruined in every way. Update- still no fix, even after latest update. Nothing has changed and the pie freezes, doesn't allow me to select an app and just shuts down. I'm not sure how people are saying it's glitchy. It flat out doesn't work. Might switch to edge launcher.

1 ★ Everything was working fine before the upgrade. There has been multiple upgrades in the last few days. While the problem look to improve slightly, the app is still v buggy. Example, the pie sometimes doesn't "go away" after lifting finger off screen and doesn't working as an overlay on all apps for eg. WhatsApp. I'm using a Samsung s20 fe

1 ★ Do not like the new version: - First it uninstalled itself, then had to re-install. - Lost all my settings. No way to restore. - Functionality is not the same. - Not as much control over colors. I used to love this app, specially on phones I can't install other ROMs on. Now I might have to look for something else. Please bring back the old version.

1 ★ Terrible Update! It was great before the update. Now it is missing so many features and it now it is gigantic even with the size set as small as it will allow. I use it on a 18.5" tablet in landscape and it takes up about 6" with the smallest settings. It also no longer let's you display a 12 hour clock.

1 ★ Their update is trash. I had to redo everything and it's worse than before. It doesn't work when I am on the homescreen and I have no idea why. The developer released an update filled with bugs that broke the app and they didn't test it before pushing it out. This used to be a great app I don't know what they were thinking or maybe there wasn't much thinking going on.

2 ★ I've had this for 6 years or so and I payed for premium. This used to be the first thing I instaled on a new phone. But they've removed so many features since then, and now it doesn't stay running in the background. No icon packs anymore, can't remove long press icon and haptic feedback doesn't work. Not happy. There was no need for this update.

1 ★ Completely broken after 3/18/21 update. I cannot get it to function at all. I've tried every side and corner, made sure they were all active, granted all permissions, allowed Accessibility, disabled Battery Optimization, cleared cache, cleared storage and cache... everything. Nothing works. I'm sad to say I'll have to abandon this app after several years of use. Hopefully they fix whatever's broken.

2 ★ Bad update. Was fantastic before 3/18 update. I used to run my whole phone off of it alone. It seems like most of the options were removed. Like opening with just a tap and then staying on screen instead of having to swipe it then press the button in the same swipe. Couldn't get corner options to work at all. The new design looks great but it lost the functionality it had.

3 ★ Best app I've been using for over 10 years I think, the update on the 16 of March feels like a major setback, the app is slower and there isn't as many options on configuration as there used to be. Please update it again and/or just make it how it used to be, it was perfect! Not sure why they updated it in the first place 🤔. Before the update I'd give it a 5, now (after update) maybe a 2-3 star rating.
