2 ★ Though UI and the concept is good.. but the making reservations is painful. It doesn't show the exact free time in the app .. you have to enquiry to the owner Everytime you want to book.. it's a wastage of both party time. Anyca charges are pretty high.. sometime the car charge is 1500 but anyca charge is 2500.. which is wired it semms
1 ★ Really bad app, worst UX I've seen in a long time. No filter for available cars, you have to fill out a long booking form before you can find out if the car is available.
5 ★ This application so good to help me as foreigner to find a rental car, the process is so simple and easy.. help me found the car that i really need. Nice 👍.
1 ★ Only Japanese language available. Car owners won't rent you their car unless you have some rating, but the app will only allow you to submit a request every six hours. So you only get one chance every six hours to find someone who is willing to rent his car to new users.

1 ★ They accept for the registration only Visa and MasterCard....c Mon!!! It s 2021...where are you living? I mean you are a Japanese company and you don't even accept JCB???? Few cars available, difficult to use...a bad copy of Western rental car apps ...
