Download the latest JR-EAST Train Info application, version 3.1.5, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Maps & Navigation app is developed by East Japan Railway Company ICT and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 3.1.5, 3.1.4, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
1. You can see, at a glance, multiple candidate routes from the departure station to the arrival station.
2. You can select, at a glance, the optimal route for yourself that takes into account time, number of changes, cost, etc.
3. You can see, at a glance, the lines that your route will include.
4. You can see if there are any delays along your route.
5. You can save the routes you search for.
6. You can check the operational status of your saved routes.
7. You can see which trains are immediately available on your saved routes.
8. You can see route maps for the area covered by JR EAST.
9. Station names can be searched by station numbers.
10. Station names can be searched from Landmarks and Events.

1 ★ I downloaded the app attracted by the look of old version, still shown on leaflets at stations. The new version is unbelievably primitive. Then I saw all comments for latest version complaining the same. Shame on the developers!
1 ★ What have you done to the app? Taken a 'Shinkansen' and reverted it to the 'Tsugaru Tetsudo Stove Train'. Why take such a backward step? This was a favourite app now it is a poor excuse for what it once provided. For the record I love the 'Stove Train' but not for my modern daily travel needs. Please reinstate previous features to this app!
1 ★ Well, the English version is currently stuffed. Japanese version drastically updated but working
2 ★ navitime and Google maps are more useful. this does not have optimized train info or even the seating info that navitime provides
1 ★ Newest update has completely killed all functionality, no results show for any search and app won't load most of the time
1 ★ This is now really just a crappy app that changed from the best JR East app to something that just duplicates what so many other apps do. I used to check it several times a day for JRE status and now I don't even use it at all. Whoever ruined this once great app should be fired. It was an incredibly stupid idea to destroy what once was so useful

1 ★ Failed to give ANY results partway during the recent Sept. 2019 typhoon (EXACTLY when it was needed the most).
