UNCVTL Personal Trainer is a powerful application for authentic personalized training.
You will need to request your credentials and between LIVE (LPT - personal training in presence) or REMOTE (RPT - remote personal training) with your personal account you will have access to:

Training Card> Individual program with the possibility to print the card, see the initial and final images or video tutorials (also in 3D) plus the detailed description and frequent errors for correct execution. For each single exercise you can enter the loads (weights) used, notes and receive any suggestions

Planning> The calendar where you can find your reservations (in presence), see the workouts carried out and the measurements entered

Control> Specific section where you can enter body measurements yourself

The application is complete with many features such as training reports, measurement histories to monitor your progress and push notifications for each activity.
