Description
Each of us has more and more overcrowded days and calling can be difficult during opening hours. In the end it is called too late when everything is already full.
Many professionals still use the paper diary which does not allow for storing data and processing important information about their customers. They waste time on the phone instead of taking full care of the customers present in their salon. They also do not have feedback from the client, to then be able to understand why a person is satisfied and that other one will never return.
PerMe puts in your hands a unique salon management system with data saved in the Cloud and updated in real time to allow customers to make a reservation 24 hours a day and every day of the week.
PerMe has a dual mode:
1) for the customer: convenient and simple to make a reservation. When you book you can choose the treatment and the collaborator that will carry it out. The appointment will be remembered via notification or with the calendar of your smartphone. If by chance the time you requested was already occupied, you will be notified immediately with an SMS if you get free. You can also pay with PayPal or credit card.
2) for the professional: it allows you to have your entire salon under control, from reservations to promotions and statistics. Reservations can be made either by customers with their smartphone or by you. The same applies to the registration, which can be verified by you. Always carry your salon in your pocket!
