1 ★ Totally awful experience setting up the app , the hardware is so niche and luxurious but not the software. Please hire some brains who can connect your apps to the speaker. You had Spark app then this one , both failed miserably. I wish I can give negative stars but had no choice.
1 ★ 2 months ago I placed an order on Devialet, didn’t receive my order so they opened an investigation. Until now the case is still not solved yet. When I contacted UPS directly, they admitted that it was their fault because the merchandise fell out during transit in their facility and they already closed this claim on April 2nd. However, when I called Devialet’s customer service, an agent named Alexander answered the phone and to quote him directly “You’re considered a fraud to us so it makes sense that we don’t respond to you anymore and we’d have your number blocked from our system from now on. Please don’t ever try to contact us again.” I have clear evidences of UPS taking responsibility for the damage, and yet Devialet’s customer service is out there refusing to refund me, insulting the customer by calling me a fraud. This is illegal and it’s also considered a serious defamation case.
4 ★ With the latest update I can literally use my Phantoms again, could not connect to them with the version before. Even though this should not be worthy of thanks in the first place, thank you my phantoms are not only a decoration anymore.
1 ★ Update Feb21: After latest update, speakers need a daily reset, or even cannot connect at all!! So bad. Horrible!!!
1 ★ Constant problems with connection. Spend more time resetting the speakers than actually listening to music. Useless

1 ★ Very bad apps for this type of speaker. Most of the time I can't use it and just plug it with the Bluetooth which seem to not be very stable either. -Updates- Things get worst; now I can't use my Reactor speaker at all on an Android device. I try to contact tech support but no response yet. The only solution I found is to use my speaker with the apps on an Apple device. Avoid Android app, it's just not working but the speaker is great.
3 ★ Last update July 16th 2020? It's not like the product is finished. How about remembering volume settings per channel, so I don't have to adjust the volume each time I switch from Spotify to TV? Also connection is very unstable (probably more firmware related). Devialet prizes itself as a premium product made in France. Well, prove it by supporting your products better than the average Chinese knock off. Or put everything open source so the community can improve.
1 ★ Possibly the worst app I've ever come across. The speakers are wonderful, but are useless unless the app works. They are being returned.
1 ★ Awesome little speakers with deep bass, bit the app is lacking an equaliser to adjust the appalling treble response. I hope that devialet will add this function to the app in future, or this will be my last devialet purchase.
1 ★ Amazing speakers let down by absolutely atrocious software and app. Connecting the phone to the speaker is whimsical and feels like a lottery whether it be Bluetooth or WiFi. I've had it for 48 hours and already regretting it and thinking about returning. Unless Devialet pull up their socks with the software, this is a complete no go. No one has the time to spend on connectivity in this day and age.
2 ★ I would like to run more than just two at a time maybe six maybe eight would be nice. It would be nice to bring back night mode. Maybe throw in 5.1 + or better. I have the remote it recognizes it but doesn't do anything no up or down on the volume. I have four gold and 2 black reactor 900. All In the same room 19800watt. Oh yeah I'm using the dialogue still.
