4 ★ my family has used this many times and only had one issue with missing food. the 4 stars is because their reward program is b.s. tried redeeming it said it would send it to my email but i never got it.

5 ★ I have been using this service for a few months now, just today had an issue with an order, and the live chat fixed it within five minutes. Great customer service.

5 ★ Works as expected. Faster deliveries than Door Dash on many occasions.

1 ★ I thought I placed an order and didn't realize until after the 60 minute eta that it did not process. I then went and tried 2 more times and it would tell me the order was processing but then not give me a confirmation number. Live Chat's suggestion was to order from my computer, which had I been by it I would have done in the first place. This app is useless and I ordered through the Domino's app instead because it never fails me.

3 ★ Takes forever but always friendly people.

2 ★ My God, who designed this garbage? Want to check out? Let's open multiple applications that don't talk to each other to not take payment to not order something. Also, let's kinda but not really put in menu details so someone might have the illusion of what they order so it's guaranteed to not be right. Easily the worst to go app/service. Really relying on being a single provider market... That'll fail

1 ★ Horribly slow app, they dont even know hours of restaurants. Wasted my time and had to call for a refund, due to me finding out business is not open

5 ★ Original Food Website and App. It's best on there website but app is ok just clumsy at times. Wish I could get hired to help these dudes.

1 ★ horrible, adding parts of other addresses to other areas, the delivery driver had to call three times, still took time to get there, the order was missing a major part of the meal....the Fries!! the burger was messed up half on the bun the description said two cheeses, wasnt able to choose ended up paying for the extra slice, asked for No Onion got onion, tired calling food dudes but no answer! won't be using this app again, won't be recommending it either!

1 ★ On a waitlist for over 6 months. Contacted the company, got the runaround from a regional director pretending to be from support, still no job or explanation. Just a fake business in South Dakota.

1 ★ Incorrect open times for most locations. Lazy drivers working on "own time" schedule. If a restaurant is open at 9am delivery should be available. You call the restaurant and they're happy to do a to go order at any time but why then do most delivery options start after 11am? Pretty basic example of current employee climate of not wanting to work anything other than what's "comfy" for them. Makes for bad business model.
