1 ★ From every weekend my restaurant is showing unserviceable. I have mailed it many times and call also. But every time he said that reduced your restaurant preparation time. I do it 15mins but now also my restaurant is showing unserviceable on the customer portal. Bhaiya ye chai toh hai Nahi ki 10min me ban Jaye. Customer Accha khana khaega toh time toh Lagta hai. Ab bs bahut hua swiggy se ab hatne Ka time aah Gaya. Zomato to is too much good than swiggy. Worst experience ever.😔😔
2 ★ Please make it more efficient to use, i never know whenever it disables my outlet or a customer has cancelled the order! It actually doesn't notifies me until I open up the orders section. And also, I'm not comparing but the ZOMATO app is more efficient to use and the UI and UX is better tbh.
1 ★ Worst app. I want to tie up a new outlet. But no one is helping in this matter. Whenever I call partner support team. I've been asked to draft a mail, where I'm not getting much help. Kindly help me in this matter.
1 ★ I have been experiencing problems for last four days..that in customer portal my restaurant was not live even if i am online in SWIGGY partner portal...i have mail several times and escalate the same issue..but there is still same problem i am facing.. please resolve it asap...my restaurant id is 289857
1 ★ Worse experience. The app doesn't show any sound notification even if I allowed it from Battery saver, Background running, do not disturb mode, Auto start.
2 ★ Many a times it does not open.. blank white screen appears.. I have to restart the phone to open the app. Plz fix the bugs asap.
1 ★ No proper service, charging unnecessary charges. No orders. Frequently asking to purchase packages, even after paying huge registration charges. Highly disappointed with swiggy services.
1 ★ Swiggy ek dam bkwass h .. it has removed as its business feature we are unable to see that how much payment is coming in this week.. they always added payout adjustment in their weekly statement but it has no means ..swiggy always cheated their partners by stealing their money with nonsense adjustments area manager are also very silly person they will not reply you at the time when you need them they always said that they are in a meeting.
1 ★ Sorry to give, feedback on here, this is vinoth my restaurant I'd 54970, we have calling every day at least 2 times, but there is the no proper support from the swiggy. Customer care as well us support manager and partner support. Really very tired to called you for help. Very bad experience in swiggy app. No one point of contact. Thank you.
4 ★ add an option to manually Turn on the out of stock item.. Now only have Automatically Turn on tomorrow or on a specific date.. due to this we are unable to mark out of stock daily, Large menu makes it very hard
1 ★ I have 3 restaurants in same login, but the partner app showing orders from one restaurant only, there is no option to switch the restaurant. So again we should depend on web portal. This is not friendly .

1 ★ After a recent update, I am unable to review my sales and track my business. Earlier that option was available in the app but now it simply isn't showing. Please look into it asap.
1 ★ Hello Swiggy partner very disappointed new update because no business show today weekly and monthly so further request change all new system last updated main business button are hidden.
1 ★ After new update, the “Business” option gone missing which is the most important part to track business. I hope Swiggy will bring it back.
