- 120 gr of sugar
- 100 g of crushed hazelnuts
- A large spoonful of honey
- Three tablespoons of hazelnut paste

Mix all the ingredients until they are no lumps. Put the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours. Take out the mixture and beat it again. Return the mixture to the freezer and wait 3 hours. Serve with crushed hazelnuts on top and chocolate syrup.

Strawberry ice cream and yogurt
- 200 ml of cream
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 200 gr of strawberries
We heat the honey in the microwave for a few seconds and beat it together with the cheese, sugar and cream. We add the yoghurts and continue beating until you get a creamy mixture. Separate the mixture and grind the strawberries. According to your taste, you can make a puree or crush them just a little.
Mix well everything and put it in a container covered with plastic wrap to put it in the freezer for 4 hours. You can serve it with cookies or with strawberry syrup on top. If you like cream you can put a piece of ice cream with whipped cream on top.
