iBaby Monitor 1.4 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows applications to enter Wi-Fi Multicast mode.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows mounting and unmounting file systems for removable storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

2 ★ Crashes immediately on nexus 9. Totally useless on this device. Works on my iPad and moto x and nexus 7 just fine
1 ★ This app is a complete failure. It will not connect my ibaby monitor to my phone and I've tried over 20 times!! Return. Return. RETURN!!!! Not worth the frustration.
1 ★ This app crashes every single time I open it. I haven't even been able to set up the camera yet because it crashes so bad.
1 ★ So after hours of tinkering with trying to get it setup on WiFi I could not manage to get this to work wirelessly with an iOS device or an android device nor would it even recognize the username and password but, believe it or not I sideloaded the program through my blackberry playbook (which is not supported by the developer I might add nor is a program made to work with BlackBerry products) and now it works flawlessly! Bottom line.. Steer clear no software support in years, no updates, no explanation.
