Smart IPTV 1.8.4 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to request installing packages.

3 ★ Great Interface but does not work with 1080P Streams.
4 ★ The best interface I have found to watch IPTV on my Shield by far but a couple of things: 1. As mentioned in the other reviews, the black screen with 1080p streams is annoying. I have MXPlayer installed so I can play them but would rather not. IPTV Extreme manages to play them without opening in an external player somehow. 2. Being able to pause, rewind etc would be amazing.
4 ★ I use this app on my Shiekd TV and it works great only I hope you fix the problem with playing 1920x1080 channels because the only thing I see on these channels is black screen with audio, SD and 720p content plays perfect.
1 ★ WOW wow and wow ! Best iptv app out there BUT please can you fix the issue i have , Some channels just go black with audio , its annoying as the streams are fine with VLC IF this issue was fixed id give it 5stars all day Zapping back to channels some will go dark and have audio only ! the only way to fix this is to reboot the app by powering tv on and off Sony 4k 2015 android tv
