Description

You can connect and control the robot with your smartphone. It allows you to select between its different cleaning modes, the suction power, the flow level of the scrubbing mode, program it once or several times a day, check its status, the battery level and the cleaning history. In addition, you will be able to view the map of your home as the robot performs the cleaning tasks. You can save more than one map, make full interactivity with the robot and the map, restrict areas, send the robot to clean a specific area or create cleaning plans appropriate to your home and your needs.

1 ★ I have been pretty pleased with the app only some minor problems like the Conga being lost, not knowing where it was, for example. Switching it off and on again fixed this. Today the app is not working due to maintenance. I wonder for how long.. From 3 to 1 stars A disaster. Charging station is located in the corner of my living but on the map keeps popping up around the house. Cecotec hired an apprentice to do their programming.

1 ★ La aplicación ya no conecta con el robot. Cada vez que lo intento me dice que "están trabajando para mejorar el servicio". Pues ya llevan tiempo, y no mejora. Sólo puedo activar el robot manualmente. Y espremos que no se le borre el mapa de la memoria, porque entonces estoy perdido. Y, sí, he hablado con el servicio técnico docenas de veces. Me sé de memoria el procedimiento para resetear el robot y revonectarlo. Ya lo he probado todo. La aplicación simplemente no funciona bien.

1 ★ The app is not compatible with 5G Wifi and therefore frequently loses connections with smart routers who operate on both. 2.4 Ghz and 5 G. Very annoying.

1 ★ Just awful. Always creates a new map , goes to restricted area. Just horrible. Cannot count on the robot that will do the cleaning properly. And honestly, I doubt that anybody is actively working to fix or improve(ha! ) the app. The robot is OK but the app.... Did not ever encounter something so buggy.

1 ★ Horrible app, solution and device The app loses or forgets maps. I guess that there is actually a cloud based profile. The app just downloads the most recent changes. Then it gets often disconnected. The robot gets also lost. And now on top since a couple of weeks my robot is offline. Y sigo con el problema 6 meses después. No cambio nada. 1 vez al mes paso 2-3 horas intentando. 28.3.2022 sigue igual. 27/12/23 nothing. Waste of money and a lot of time!!!!
