• Signs and symptoms of heat-related illnesses including: heat stroke, heat exhaustion, rhabdomyolysis, heat cramps, and heat rash
• First aid information for heat-related illnesses

4 ★ I found it a great tool for me especially during the hot humid days.
3 ★ Temperature readings are not always up to date, so I might underestimate the risk. The calculator option can make up for this, but only if the temperature and humidity ratings are known values. Otherwise, information is clear and easy to use. If the weather readings would update to current conditions, I'd give 5 stars.
3 ★ This app was working great until this last week. Then it couldn't find location no matter what I did. I tried uninstalling then re-installing several times with no luck. It finally began working again today. It is a great tool when it works.
1 ★ Not very accurate... first day installing, the actual temp out side was 107° and I download this app to check the index . it said current temperatures were 100, low risk... the actual heat index was 110. im dealing with small children outside, this needs to be accurate!
2 ★ Was great at first but doesn't update to current weather conditions. I am literally standing in a rain storm with my local weather telling me it's 81 degrees outside while this app is telling me its 101 and no chance of rain.
1 ★ I used this app a couple years ago and was great. I tried downloading to use, it downloads, installs and asks to use location, yes. All I get is a black screen. Not satisfied!

5 ★ Worked great until today, July 8th, 2020. No longer automatically finds location or accept keypad inputs. No luck deleting and reinstalling. I hope this issue is resolved soon.
5 ★ It's been a few years since I used the NIOSH APP for Hearing Conservation. I was out of the Safety industry for a year. I'm back in and with a company that is serious about safety. WOW, & now my 12 year old guided me here (on the phones that are costing me $170 a month). NIOSH and cell phone technology makes everything worth the cost and makes my job fun and much less time consuming. CDC/NIOSH is now at the top of my list. (Noble and truly fulfilling their purpose keeping people safe)
2 ★ worked great for awhile. now does not give accurate heat index. it's raining, temp is 79 saying its 103 heat index. location 2 miles from me.
2 ★ Basic heat index if you wear gear the limits are lower you can't add any risk factors. Like coveralls FR, green gear, yellow gear, tyvek, Hazmat suit, fresh air, fully encapsulated suit ect. In full sun,in shade, next to hot Equipment.
1 ★ does absolutely nothing unless you allow it to access your location. other apps let you enter a location or pick a location.
5 ★ something is wrong after this week i can't login in the app say we unavailable to find the location in this entry,,, please fix it asap we used every day , Thank you
1 ★ can not exit back to home screen when pushing back key. does not give alerts when heat is to dangerous or moving threw the charts in app
4 ★ Updated my previous review. App now functions properly after they released updates. I will be sending app info to my regional maintenance supervisor to send out to all properties.
