Lower abs

These exercises work the lower part of your abs.

Lie with your back against a hard surface. Place your arms at your sides pressed against the floor. Bend your knees in the air at an angle of 90 ° with the ground.
Lift your hips slowly moving your legs back, squeezing your abs.
Hold this position for 2 or 3 seconds and return to starting position.
Never take off your back or your head off the floor.
Repeat the process 20-25 times and then rest 90 seconds.
Then make 2 or 3 series more than 20-25 abs.
