1 ★ I have cancelled couple of times rides due to (rider wanted me to cancel / long pickup time). And Bolt has locked my account without any notification. I have missed my appointment and couldn't reach to place due to it and left in cold weather in a place where no taxi was available. So thank you BOLT for this horrible experience... Can't you just put notification that your account is locked till this time, instead of check your connection???

1 ★ Bolt WAS always my first option when booking taxis, but my experiences lately has been quite disappointing. I booked a taxi today and was told it would arrive in 5 minutes, I don't know if it was intentional but I could see that my driver was taking long routes,i ended up waiting for 30 minutes in the rain. Unfortunately, the driver cancelled the trip without any explanation. I was trying to give a half star, but I couldn't.

3 ★ 3 things that are bad app design which I absolutely cannot stand: 1. When ordering a car, the option to pay cash or credit is at the very bottom, not obvious at all, and very easy to forget. 2. Despite that, once you've called a car, one CANNOT change the method of payment. 3. Why are passengers capable of cancelling a ride, if they're already in a car?

1 ★ It used to be really good. Now it's very unreliable. Basically noone picks you up in rush hour unless it's a "juicy ride". Drivers can just cancell halfway to picking you up when you already waited 5 mins. It's not even cheap anymore. I often find that taking the blue cabs here in Bristol ends up cheaper. And when I've been desperately trying to find a driver for five minutes, the app drops in a casual " do you want to add 2£ more to improve your chances?" Bidding for cabs. Outrageous!!!

1 ★ Misleading timings. The app displays a shorter estimated time for the cab to reach you, but you end up waiting forever. If you decide to cancel due to the prolonged wait, they charge you. I attempted to call the driver, and he mentioned that the app showed him a different (longer) time to reach me, which was likely more accurate. Is this a scam at its best? Uber is definitely a much better alternative!

2 ★ Navigation for drivers is very inaccurate and fallible. The price changes drastically for no logical reason, when you changing the destination or starting point by a few meters. Several drivers canceled my course, but I didn't get a refund - the app takes your money before the course, not after it ends. Jumping prices for the same course every few minutes.

2 ★ App itself is great, but the drivers are generally quite bad. Breaking rules, dirty cars, I always see a Bolt driver breaking traffic or parking rules every time I walk the streets in my neighborhood. Too many instances to keep reporting this, it is a general problem caused by the pressure to offer a low price. Use a different app if you can, drivers of other services have to be certified taxi drivers and it makes a big difference.

1 ★ I am reviewing the service: rides get cacelled by the driver at the last second, with no warning, so you are late after 20 minutes of waiting. If you order again a ride after a few days and have the bad experience of getting cancelled at the last minute, you want to make sure that doesn"t happen again. So you text the driver, no answer comes, you cancel the trip because the app shows a time of arriwal, but in reality it lasts much longer. If you cancel the trip, you get charged.

1 ★ Have yet to have a trip accepted. I have no idea why Google even promotes this service on Google Maps. Of the two times I've attempted to use it I have stood there waiting while dozens of drivers are one by one selected and then decline the trip. Whilst the app suggests you pay more and "boost" the payment to stand a better chance. Both occasions trying just caused stress as time was getting on. Opened the Uber app instead and got a driver quickly. Waste of time.

1 ★ A lot of rides get canceled. You wait, the app says the driver is coming, but nothing happens. After some time the ride is canceled. I need more reliability. Also some times the drivers don't come to your location just drive around and when you need to cancel Bolt collects a hefty fee. Additionally, they use dark patterns to keep us from unsubscribing from the newsletter.

1 ★ Waited half an hour for a driver, never got one. Made alternative plans to get home, at which point the app took the liberty of searching for a driver again without telling me. Imagine my surprise when I get home and I get a call from a driver that I never ordered waiting for me at the pick up location. I cancel the ride and still get charged a £4 cancellation fee? This is likely the last time I'll be using this app.

1 ★ Bold service is becoming unreliable. They used to be good. It takes drivers that is just a few minutes ages to get to you. It seems they accept a ride and then delay picking you up waiting for a better trip to come along. When you do cancel they get a cancelation fee. To get that fee back is not worth the effort. Time to get a new service I guess

3 ★ sometimes ok prices, but penalties -your location for orders is the place where you made the search,not where you initiate it. f.e: i searched on closed street, i initiate the order on one end, driver came in opposite side,even i shared the location. guess who pay penalties? -i selected the wrong address. i changed when i get in the car. Same distance, price was dubbled - for scooters show the red area on the map, before scanning the qr. afterwards can't cancel, and you pay fine even you not to

1 ★ I needed to take a taxi ride so checked the journey on Google maps first, Bolt were quoted as the cheapest at £13 so I clicked the link which then actually quoted £12, so I proceeded to book. It was only when I was nearly finished my journey that I noticed it was suddenly £33. This is false advertising and I would advise not to use this app and use alternative.

1 ★ Works OK some of the times. Negative points: - Price may change during the ride (experienced this with taxi over the app). It gave a price range. During the ride the price increased to above the range. After the ride it had increased even higher. Why even give a range? To me the main merit of such an app is a fixed price agreed before the ride starts. - Drivers ask for more money after they accept the ride. - Drivers accept and then cancel halfway en route to your location.
