Arizona State University 9.0.4 APK requires following permissions:

1 ★ Update: this app still gets stuck on login, a problem I've had since November. The app opens my browser to log in, and never goes back to the app (which just shows "Logging in" for hours; I've tried to be patient with it). There's little point in using the app if I have to do my health check on the website in a browser-I'll just set a reminder to do it on my computer at that rate.

1 ★ I can't log in. Changed password twice, the passwords were accepted, but when I tried to log in with them it wouldn't work. I tried to use the chat help feature and the agent asked me what I needed help with (despite I already explained the problem when I started the chat). I couldn't reply because there was no dialogue box for me to type into!!! I have a Google Pixel 7, for reference. ASU, you can do better for your alumni. This is embarrassing.

2 ★ Hard to use, it's better than the old app but the link to canvas doesn't provide full usability. I got the app for rewards and to access courses from my phone, but there's a lot of features don't work amd that come before the main things I want to use. Sometimes I can't even log in, it crashes and immediately signs me out.

1 ★ Impossible to login. Like the others, this app is absurdly slow, but when I try to login on my Pixel, the soft keyboard appears (after clicking within the password box multiple times) then it's instantly dismissed by the app. There is no possible way to log in. Now it's just a glorified "rewards" app. I have to do everything on MyASU on a real computer.

1 ★ The schedule does not accurately sync days off week to week on the main page unless I log in and resave my schedule each Monday. It's misleading to claim we can set work schedules for 3-months out if it doesn't work. If I don't log in on Mondays that I have set as "off" I get threatening notifications that my password will be reset. I tried submitting a service request and it was ignored. For something we are FORCED to use, it should function as intended. Do better, ASU.

1 ★ Even though a health check is required every day and the app is advertised to accept them but it does not. I've had this issue for over a week now. The app gives reminders and says to submit in the app, but it does not accept. I've had to go through the actual website. Not all, but seriously annoying when the app is not working as advertised.

1 ★ Keeps crashing everytime I try to open it and log in.

1 ★ Absolutely horrible. I can't delete the millions of notifications in my inbox and the app crashes when I try to click an article. My feed preferences also resetted randomly and now I can't move them around again

1 ★ The 2FA for this app sucks. I ask it to text a code. The code NEVER works so I have to have them call me instead. Annoying. Checking in to events for Sun Devil Rewards works maybe 1 in every 8 times. So I report the issue and probably don't get the points added to my total. They haven't emailed me at all this year when I've reported it, but you can clearly see pics on my IG that I'm at the game. I really hate that the Sun Devil Rewards was incorporated into this app because I hate this app.

4 ★ ASU’s app primarily seems to be focused on addressing the needs of students faculty and staff at Arizona State University. The apps content stands out with regard to how unique and user-specific it is, the app is tailored just to you which is wonderful. Navigation and use of the app is fairly simple; however, there are a few buggy experiences to be had here and there. As for the design, things feel very ASU and certainly meet their brand standards which allows for a clean visual experience.

2 ★ I really appreciated this app while it worked. However I have not been able to log in for 4 months or so. It keeps redirecting me to the log in page, after I put in my credentials. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I figured they would have fixed such an issue by now.

5 ★ The ASU app is great for students who want to have their ASU info available and be kept up-to-date on events. The icon is clean and simple, it is similar to other asu apps. It shows Resources that the school offers. It presents the user with their classes and blackboard. It can even show users where their classes are located as well as transit locations. The app does have a delay when using the map or going to different resources. It does force close when used heavily and for long time periods.

1 ★ Terrible app. The app doesn't load if I'm using WiFi over my data. Sadly, this is slightly better than having to two-factor logging into a computer for the daily health checks. Update 10-27-2020: The app continues to be problematic. It doesn't record the daily check-ins correctly and will often be delayed (I'll check in on Tuesday, but I find out that I need to check in again for Monday even though I already did the check in the day before).

2 ★ Its honestly a nightmare to use with its syncing to Ticketmaster. It's best if you screenshot your ticket pass *if you can get that far* than to put in your "mobile wallet" for later because the wallet is nowhere to be found on the app. The login is a whole other story...

2 ★ I usually have a great experience with this app, but the past month or two I have had issues with the app timing out. It loads, freezes, and closes. This happens when I try to launch the app through notifications.
