Description
The Family Hifazat “Patient Portal” is secure, confidential and easy to use web portal & mobile apps to provide AKUH patients 24-hour access to their personal health records including diagnostic results, imaging, medications, vaccines, clinical appointments and discharge summaries.
App permissions
Family Hifazat 9.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows an application to broadcast sticky intents.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows an application to change the Z-order of tasks.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ its crashed on my samsung A24 after installed and registering my MR no. unable to use it
4 ★ Though application is good and quite usefull, but Continuously getting something went wrong error on different pages.
1 ★ Why app asks for very personal information? Name and date of birth were enough. Bt why CNIC and mother's name? This kind of classified information is required by Banks when we need to rectify or make important change in bank account. Overall its too bad to acquire this kind of information which anyone can use to harm someone.

3 ★ great app and very impressive initiative, it worked well for first couple of days, but new updates are quite frequent and they have messed up the user experience. not able to login since last couple of days. website also does not load properly often times.
2 ★ Such a helpful app to keep record of patient, but there are some bugs.. such as i can't update my phone number and other information. new feature should be added. In which we can directly contact with doctor or their nursing staff specially for oncology and day care chemotherapy section, instead of using hotline for a small change in medication. Hope i will see the new feature. Thanks
2 ★ This is a very helpful and good application but the problem is that I cannot add other family members and their date of birth properly. Whenever I try to add the date of birth of any family member, I face difficulty in doing so because there is no selection option. Furthermore, I have added my profile in my father's for profile but it has been 4 days that my profile is still not yet added to the application. Please try to remove these 2 problems Thank you
5 ★ Very useful. All your medical reports and doctor's appointment at your finger tips. It's an excellent app: for inpatients as well. You can see full treatment while your patient is admitted. It helps to know your patient conditions from anywhere and ask relevant questions from the doctor.
5 ★ Remarkable app. Easiest way to access your complete medical record. But now adays this app is having issues and keep crashing while opening.
5 ★ Wonderful very helpful application. So much thankful to AKUH for this great effort in respect of patients care. Now keeping records and history of health related stuff is as easy as keeping mobile in your pockets. This innovative app would be another benchmark in health sector as they have set many in past. Very useful and more now we are able to see radiology reports and images along with many other features. Great App deserve for full five stars.Hope AKUH will continue to surprise us in future.
5 ★ Its a very good app & very convenient in terms of accessing reports, scheduling appointments, accessing medications etc. Would suggest if you could add in the following features: 1) Accessing the medical bills (ultrasounds, pharmacy, consultation etc) 2) Access to order medications (in cases where we have to order medications to be prepared).
3 ★ Previously working great but now when trying to access lab requests in the online request section the app just crashes. Trying to see how I can make appointments for cardiology diagnosis services.
5 ★ A great effort. All medical record is available in just click of a moment. Before downloading of this app I was maintaining my medical record by arranging hardcopies in various files, marked as per the subject of the report. A big relief. Well done IT department AKIH. Please guide where to approach if some record needs to be updated
4 ★ It's an excellent application as all the reports are handy now instead of carrying your complete file all over the pakistan or even outside the country. But would like to request you to please also add dental reports and xrays in it as it's missing.
