Description
1.1 SELECT ROOM AND EQUIPMENT
the Edipalm App for Android allows you to record slot and change machine collections quickly and easily, directly from your device.
Within the database, the room on which the slot readings are to be carried out is selected.
1.2 INSERT THE COUNTERS
For each device it is possible to insert in/out meters
1.3 OTHER FEASIBLE OPERATIONS
In addition to reading and recording the meters, it is possible to manage advance payments and refills, change machines, advances (loans), breakdowns, movements of the devices, VLTs, take a photo of the meters attached to the individual receipt, and enter expenses.
1.3 FINAL SCORING
The registrations are thus made which, once closed, lead to the total count screen, with the data relating to the distribution of profits with the manager and the calculation of taxes. It is possible to report any discounts/rebates or residual debts and manage the various forms of payment in cash, cheques, bank transfers, repayments.
1.4 SYNCHRONIZE
The daily operations carried out are synchronized via WiFi or GSM directly to the EdigamesUp management software which carries out the necessary processing, at the same time all the changes made by the management software update Edipalm (e.g. movements, % changes, new master data, etc.)
