1. Customers are required to provide correct and complete information regarding the type and specifications of the goods to be delivered.

2. Pacekurir not provide special Cargo for shipment. Customer is responsible for properly packing the goods to be delivered. For fragile items made of glass, ceramics and including cakes, ice cream, food and fresh flowers, it is suggested that specially packaged. Pacekurir not responsible for damage or deformation that occurs upon delivery of such goods.

3. The Pacekurir driver is the driver that has been briefed to drive his vehicle in a safe manner. However, customers who mengnggunakan transport services are responsible for their own safety. Therefore, if you feel uncomfortable with the way the driver Pacekurir riding his motorcycle, please immediately alert the driver to be more careful.

4. Pacekurir not provide delivery service for goods which include the following:
, Goods which are prohibited by the authorities to be owned or distributed.
, Delivery of goods to and from prison.
, Pets.
, Goods whose dimensions are more than 70cm (length), 50cm (width), 50cm (height) or items weighing more than 20 kg.

5. Pacekurir not directly responsible for an accident involving damage to the driver Pacekurir either vehicle or personal injury caused by the accident. The responsibility for all costs and charges that may arise on the incident would be the personal responsibility of drivers Pacekurir. If there is information that can be helpful to the investigation process as number plates of the motor, then Pacekurir can only help as a mediator to bring the two parties to seek a solution to the problem.
