This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

3 ★ Wont play anything? Nice selection though which makes it even more dissapointing as I was hyped. Too many apps, too little substance in terms of functionality for most. Wah. ***Update - loaded after 20 minutes so back to hyped. Dont understand the lack of subtitles (great choice but I cant click my fingers and magically learn french - if you can build an app for that with the clicking fingers part then five stars) or no cast support. Even in the sparsely populated country I am in, free to air has casting.
5 ★ great documentaries, very clear pictures.
