Download the latest Offline Browser application, version 1.4, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Theis Borg and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 1.4, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
You can now also add a timed download so your favorite website is downloaded at 7 AM so you can view it when going to work.

3 ★ This makes for a great "mini" browser - ultra-simplistic and fast, but it doesn't fulfill its promise of truly offline browsing. It'll load up the front page of my favorite news site, but any links to stories fail when not online. I will keep using it for online news reading and hope the developer is still committed to finishing this program - it's not a bad first shot at a basic browser.
3 ★ Good concept... Very light. I'm really hoping the developers resolve the issues quickly so I can try it again. Make the magic happen guys.
1 ★ I was unable to save a page (not pdf) with this app. It starts downloading but, at some point, it stops, and continuing doesn't seem to help. Lastly, everytime you open the app it has a pop up telling the user that it is a new app (there was no way to tell the app to never show that again).
1 ★ I downloaded a bunch of url's and program won't open them. It keeps shutting down program. Please fix
4 ★ Increase links and images per page to unlimited though. I thought the whole point of this was to grab everything,so why limit links per page to 1000?
1 ★ Don't download. Waste of time. It keeps giving me the message "unfortunately, offline browser stopped downloading"

3 ★ Sites in Cyrillic languages like Russian are not displayed. But the app works just fine if the site is all English

3 ★ For those of whom it doesn't work, try raising the depth level and untick the "Stay on same domain" box. Also an update option would be very useful. Otherwise large webpages take forever to download.
5 ★ Best for offline viewing of web pages.... So much better than evernote and everclip... thank you so much.. Add feature like offline saved page can be uploaded to cloud storage like Google drive or any other... THANKS
