Description
In the DSB app you can buy tickets and commuter cards and see current traffic information and an overview of departures.
You can buy tickets, and make seat reservations, incl. commuter seat reservations. You can buy DSB Orange and DSB Orange Fri tickets as well.
You can buy and renew commuter cards and Øresund cards or try Commute20 if you work from home some of the weekdays. If you have a Youthcard you can receive it in the app if it is created by DSB.
You can use the DSB app as a guest or create a DSB Plus profile and get access to more products and services. You get the possibility to transfer tickets and cards that are not yet valid and receive notifications with information if your journey is changed or delayed. You can earn points for snacks for your journey as well.
It is possible to refund tickets and cards in the app following the current rules.

1 ★ Oh look! Another review to tell how bad this app is. Yes we're still at the point were they still haven't upped the server capacity to counter for the big traffic of so many Danes having to order seat reservations everyday to even show up at work. Yes this shows how much of a money machine this app has become. Yes some ticket checkers are pretty understandable but this still isn't a reliable way to have a fully working week even when you have to take Covid tests since you'll most likely be late
3 ★ The app is not working way too often. How do you expect us to make seat reservations? It is not always possible to use the machines when the app is down, especially when you need to change the trains in a short period of time. Please ensure the app is working...
1 ★ 1 star because it doesnt show weekday , only the date, when buying a ticket on my Android. It has annoyed me for years. Imagine you skip through days to find a cheap ticket. you have to double and triplecheck its the right day , before buying.
3 ★ app is great, but actual service as soon as you get outside copenhagen is an absolute and atrocious garbage, canceling trains and busses left right center. A line btw never works properly....
1 ★ Update: slower than ever, crashes frequently 👎 Unable to renew commuter card, no feedback as to why not or how a user could succeed 😒 All in all, feels rushed and unnecessarily needing redundant user info/input. 👎
1 ★ no announcement about the cancellation of busses,no notification via app and we still pay monthly subscription...i wonder why🤨 3 times i got warned now from work place just cuz they move the busses...last 2 months were normal and in time and today after an 15 minutes waiting i saw on the happy app that there is NOT going be any busses for the next 2 hours...Good Job,really good job😤😤😤😤
3 ★ When wanting to buy a seat reservation it is a bit unclear where to go. But I'd you have done it once it's super easy.

1 ★ Horrible app, logs me out of my profile every few days, has a very limited acceptance of credit cards when it comes to buying tickets. Big yikes
2 ★ Bought ticket online. Cannot see it in the app. Same account logged in on both. What's the point f this app? Am I going to use some more paper again to have a ticket?
