Description
We offer the HEK service app in the basic and smart versions. With the smarthealth add-on you have additional access to your personal health data in the smart version. Each version is free and meets the highest security standards.
“Basic” version:
With “basic” you can use our service offering digitally; this version offers you the following functions quickly and free of charge:
• Scan, upload and send documents
• Scan QR codes and answer questionnaires online
• Request membership certificates
• Health & prevention (health hotline, doctor guide, doctor appointment service and other offers)
• Contact via hotline, email, callback service, text and video chat
• Emergency contacts at a glance
• Performance and service overview
“Smart” version:
With “smart” you can use additional services digitally and gain access to your personal data. Since January 1st, 2024, registration using a so-called health ID has been mandatory for all health insurance companies. Therefore, simply identify yourself directly in the HEK service app in order to be able to safely use the following functions:
• All basic functions included
• Digital mailbox for incoming and outgoing documents
• Secure communication via messenger
• Access to insurance periods and salary data
• Edit contact and bank details
• Optional: Activate the “smarthealth” add-on
Add-on “smarthealth”:
With the “smarthealth” add-on, you can manage your health intelligently and mobile in the smart version. You always have access to your personal health data and medical information through your electronic health record (EHR).
We currently offer you the following options:
• View of doctor and dentist treatments with diagnoses and costs per quarter
• Display of prescribed medications and digital medication plan
• Digital vaccination overview and recommendations
• Overview of preventive examinations including reminder service
You will receive all data directly from us upon request. You can add your own information at any time.

HEK Service-App 8.4.4 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to record audio.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to perform I/O operations over NFC.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows a companion app to run in the background.
Allows a companion app to use data in the background.

2 ★ Die Arbeitsunfähigskeitbescheinigung kann nun aus File gesendet werden, nicht nur Fotografieren. Doch bleibt das nur PDF und die App lässt nur von Filesystem wählen, nicht gemütlich aus Galerie als Bild.
3 ★ Seit dem Update funktioniert die App besser! Bisher noch keine Fehlermeldungen...
2 ★ Ansich eine tolle Idee. Allerdings funktioniert die Registrierung mit Nect nicht . Der link zum laden der App öffnet nur ein browser fenster mit Verweise auf den App Store (auch wenn die App instslliert ist). Öffnet man dann die App manuel kommt es nur zum wiederholten "oops fehler, app neu starten" kreis.

3 ★ Sieht gut aus, allerdings bekomme ich ständig nur den Hinweis dass ich zur Online Geschäftsstelle weitergeleitet werde und dann stürzt die App ab
4 ★ Die Registrierung/Identifikation über Nect funktioniert nicht. Damit nutzlose App. Edit: Nach Ihrer Meldung habe ich es nochmal versucht und nach den Updates hat es jetzt geklappt. Ich werde die App jetzt weiter testen und weiter Feedback geben.
