1 ★ Bus schedules are not accurate. It might also be that the buses do not adhere to the schedule. App is not useful at all.
1 ★ Always crashes n never works
3 ★ I don't understand what happens to this app during Fridays and Saturdays. I waited for the right bus at Business Bay Bus Stop on one of the Fridays, but the bus never came. Next time, It came as F14 (that I was waiting for) and when I boarded the bus happily, punched my Nol card, after the bus moved, the driver changed the bus no into F41. How disgusting was that? Again, I had to get down and take a taxi. This app is unreliable during Weekends. Rest of the days are Ok.
4 ★ Data is not up to date. For example Station Mirdif private school 1 is still listing busses 367 and F10 while these no longer come through this station.
2 ★ Please 🙏 Bring back NFC enabled NOL recharging which was available previous public transport app. It was really useful for everyone. This app is truly downgrade from the past.
1 ★ This app isn't really user friendly like the wojhati app, that was easier... now I find myself relying more on Google for directions and accurate bus timings. An improvement is good but it should be simple for users.
2 ★ Timings are oftenly incorrect. Missed so many buses because of this. Showing delay when the bus comes on time. Also delay could be displayed when you open list of buses for particular bus stop.
1 ★ Could not register in the application since OTP sent by email did not fit in 5 minutes required for code check. Finally, I received the code in time but got internal server error during registration process.
1 ★ USELESS. It needs to be verified for the Nol recharge and the window time is 5 minutes to enter the OTP. But OTP comes after 1 hour or sometimes never. Uninstalling it to save some space.
1 ★ Tried to use the app to book a taxi for the next day to the airport. Tried to register to use the booking feature, but even after creating a username, password and giving my phone number and email, the app couldn't send the verification code to my email account! Very frustrating and I know you'll be "sorry to hear about the problem I had", just wish someone would work out all the bugs before promoting the app.
1 ★ This app is dissapointing. It looks well made however it does NOT work like it is well made. I have tried to sign in SO MANY TIMES but the authentication takes SO LONG and then ends up being an Error. I even tried doing it on a different phone thinking it may be a problem with my phone but its not my phone problem, its the app. it glitches here and there and its just over all not that great. This requires more improvement. I tried the chat aspect and that doesnt work either. Dissapointed.
4 ★ It does the job quite well.
3 ★ This is very helpful, but not very accurate. Ironically, Google map predicts bus arrival time better. The live location seems like a scam; either it's on a massive delay, or they are just predicting route locations based on schedule; in any case, a bus is never there where the app says it is.
1 ★ Very poor service, spent 40 min but still the taxi could not be confirmed. Tried contacting the customer support, but he was also poor in assisting.
1 ★ Very bad experience many time bus showing moving on live map in fron of me, but in reality there is no bus. The just run ghost busses . Very bad development
