Download the latest Leica DISTO™ sketch application, version 3.4, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Productivity app is developed by Leica Geosystems AG and is easy to download and install.

The DISTO™ sketch app in many cases, replaces the classical note pad. You can easily draw sketches (e.g. layouts of rooms) and apply measuring results to them. Each line can be named and you can even add comments as needed.
Use the sketching app to take photographs of the object you are measuring. With this functionality, you have an ideal tool to record your daily work.
Create as many sketches as needed and add titles to them, making it easier to apply the measuring results after returning to your office. You can also email sketches directly from the job site to the office for further processing. This increases your productivity, saving you time and money.

Please note: this program only runs properly on Android devices version 4.0.0 or higher with Bluetooth 2.1 Serial Port Profile (SPP). Due to the vast amount of existing Android devices, not all can be tested. Successful results were achieved by using the Motorola Razr, Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung Galaxy S4 or with the Google Nexus 4 and Nexus 7.
This new version also runs via Bluetooth Smart (Low Energy) which is supported by Android 4.3 on smartphones and tablets with Bluetooth 4.0. Tested devices are Samsung Galaxy S4, Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 together with Leica DISTO™ D510 and D810 touch.
App permissions
Leica DISTO™ sketch 3.4 APK requires following permissions:
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

2 ★ I too brought a laser measure to communicate with my tablet to enable floorplanning too scale only to find that the app does not even though I was told by a salesperson it did. Bosch offer a cheaper laser measure where on the app the line does scale automatically when you put the measurment next to the line drawen. I can only say I am very dissapointed and I think that if this function was added to the app it would make it a very useful site tool.
1 ★ With android the export doesn't work properly. It export black images and pdf. You can't see the picture but onli a black frame. Tried on iphon and works properly. Please fix it
1 ★ Disappointed - one feature that is critical to accurate plans is auto scaling. I've ticked the box to make it happen & it does not auto scale. I expected more from Leica, much more...
1 ★ Please fix it so it makes measurements to scale. Without it is so inaccurate that it's unusable.

1 ★ Refused to sync with my phone. Gave it a try, but can't say anything on the other features as it never would connect.
5 ★ Works fine for rooms, but for larger building or flats it is not convenient.
3 ★ Needs to scale. The ability to actually remame your sketches in the "My Sketches" menu is missing which is bizarre. Everything is sorted by date. What if you are making 10 sketches a day at 3 different addresses??? Expecting the user to click each one to see the title is silly. Pairing works well.
1 ★ Leica Disto D2 (new) is excellent but this app is diabolical. it doesn't do anything that it claims to do. it doesn't scale and in picture mode it only lets a line be drawn from the middle of a room.. what use is that for wall to wall measurements. utter tosh and i expected better from Leica
2 ★ Pairs OK, but this sketching app is useless without scaling. The whole app is not very useful. I would like to use this for sketching simple floor plans for my appraisals. So it's still more useful to just use pencil and paper then to waste time with this app. I love my disto laser, but hate this app. They really need to develop this app or remove it.

1 ★ App crash popup every 10 seconds
1 ★ Keeps crashing asks for do you have a disto in either the camera or sketch setting and then crashes. Useless app forget about the primative features what's the use when you cannot even run the application.
5 ★ Fantastic tool, saves drawing a rough sketch and trying to work out what was what later. I'm amazed at how good the output is when you create a PDF of the plan. Makes measuring up a pleasure!
