2 ★ Re-register as a different user with other email. That solved my problem! Tips: 1. Use 8 character password and only one special character: an exclamation mark 2. If the application says that "your device is not connected", it means that the device (e.g. electric blanket) has lost its settings and is not connected to your wifi. See next step 3. Re-register (sign-up) to the app as another user with different email. This will force the app to connect via bluetooth to the device and allow you to re-enter the wlan (wifi) settings. Please note that you should simultaneously press the timer and KWh buttons for more than 5 sec. to enable BT on your device.

4 ★ Review below updated for app v1.5.0: After a couple of crashy starts the timetable function is starting OK. Challenge 1 below remains, Challenge 2 is fixed. Thank you. Another observation: timetabled events didn't automatically update when Daylight Saving Time started. Not a biggy - just delete and re-programme events. And, DST may not have much of a future at least in Europe. +++++ Review of app v1.4.0 with Konnect underblanket (similar to UB200 but with two controllers). App presentation - Simple, attractive and clean screens, easy to understand and use. WiFi connection – consistently good. Setting up account - Fine if you know the rules - see other reviews but the special doesn't have to be "!". Functionality - Great. The blanket generally does what the app tells it to, and promptly, except.. Midnight - now here are the challenges. (1) An app-timetabled event that runs through midnight will stop on the blanket at midnight. E.g. set 22:00 to 01:00 in the app and the blanket will run 22:00 to 00:00. Work-around: Set two events E.g. 22:00 to 23:59 and 00:00 to 01:00. (2) An app-timetabled event ending at midnight isn't seen by the blanket on the day you’ve set it. Work-around: Wait until it’s supposed to be running that day. Turn the timetable event off and back on in the app. The event starts and subsequent ones run OK. Or just timetable the event to end at 23:59. Conclusion - if it wasn't for the midnight stuff, I'd give 5/5. As it is, 4/5. Note to Beurer - Now the app is as good as the blanket, how about going to the next level of customer satisfaction with a Smart Home skill for Alexa and the other assistants out there?

4 ★ Vastly improved on the old App as in.....it actually works now. Well done for fixing the app, now leave it alone and stop messing with it. Both apple and android phones seem to work fine with it and its lightning quick now. It was an absolute nightmare before. Well done. Now don't screw it up this time!

1 ★ Its very simple. Keep the blanket, trash the app. It does not work at all. After running like madness between blanket and modem for 15 min. the app finally recognizes the blanket, but keeps saying "the blanket is off" so nothing can be done to control it. The thing is connected to the power, the physical controller is at "remote position", and the blanket is on on, as in heating up.

1 ★ Same password problems as others. After hours of tinkering, if your password is exactly 8 characters, includes a capital letter, number(s) and an exclamation mark it may work but that does not alter how useless the app and instructions are. It does work but only by luck and no thanks to the app instructions. Disappointing for a premium product.

4 ★ Just installed and seems to work okay without much fuss. Nice enough interface. Yet to see in my partner can simultaneously add control of both sides of the blanket to their phone. Would be really nice to have all blankets in one place on the app, rather than having to switch blankets to turn the other side of a double bed on. Oh, and if we have Alexa, can we also have Google Assistant support?

1 ★ Since update connection with controller is very hit and miss, used to work great, now useless.

1 ★ The App is a total disaster. It simply does not work. The timers are ignored and it tries to set remote values and not revert to timer settings. Its not a bad blanket but without the smart timers it is horribly overpriced.

1 ★ The app is a total waste of time. After eventually logging in to app it worked fine for 2 weeks and now constantly says no connection. They need to sort this app as expensive electric blanket!

1 ★ Won't accept any password even if it is more than eight characters long and contains many letters and numbers. Makes the blanket a total waste of time and money if it can be used only as a normal heated blanket.

1 ★ Put an exclamation mark in your password. That's 1 problem sorted but there's so many more. My blanket is turning on at all the wrong times. The whole app is a mess to be honest. Why can't beurer hire someone to sort this app out?

1 ★ Crashes CONSTANTLY. If you CAN manage to turn on your blanket, it takes ages to set it!

1 ★ I was going to buy the Electric blanket🤔but when Isaw how bad the app is, I changed my mind. 😀

1 ★ Won't allow you to sign up, renders the UB 200 electric blanket useless.
