Download the latest Connect@Sea application, version 3.15, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Communication app is developed by EMC Connected and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 3.15, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
Currently available for guests sailing on OCEANIA CRUISES only. Register and purchase minutes on board.
Note: Connect@Sea registration is only available once on board Oceania Cruises.

App permissions
Connect@Sea 3.15 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to read the low-level system log files.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to broadcast sticky intents.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows applications to perform I/O operations over NFC.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to read the user's call log.
Allows an application to write (but not read] the user's call log data.

1 ★ Sitting on an Oceania cruise ship, and it won't let me create an account. They talk about free onboard messaging, but only the app is free. Messaging costs $48 per person!
