Description
With this app, the service technicians can receive notifications on their phone as soon as the service calls are dispatched. They can view the details of the service calls, update the progress, resolve the issues, as well as track the parts needed to resolve the issues – all on their phone. The app also allows them to map the machines with issues to view where they are located, so they can best plan their day.
VendMAX is automatically updated based on the actions of the service tech, completely eliminating the time spent on routing calls, entering call resolutions and closing calls.
App permissions
Service Tech 2.0.3 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Required to be able to access the camera device.

3 ★ It was ok before updating. After updating won't login, please fix it.

5 ★ Got the login fixed but now we don't get new service calls as they are dispatched, we have to open the app then they all appear and we get the notification. Hopefully this gets fixed soon so we don't have to keep opening the app every 15 min to check for calls.
