1 ★ Takes entirely too long to get an authentication code. By the time I get it, the app has timed out. So now I can't login into the app. Good job guys.
4 ★ I got a message that my payment was declined. It was billed to the wrong card. I had my new card registered . My last card had to be canceled because of a security breach.
5 ★ Accurate information, quick way to pay your bill.
3 ★ Good app but just can't seem to edit my payment amount and can only pay the full amount, unlike their online smart hub. Fix and it'll move to 5 stars.
