2 ★ The app idea is nice. But it's downloading a lot of ads in the background. In fact it consumed almost 1g of data according to the phone data statistics, despite I have paid for the subscription. Not happy at all. Not comfortable to install this app on my child phone and won't be using it myself
1 ★ This app every time you are going to check your family location, you have to go and ask for a real time location, then you have to wait like a 30 second countdown to tell you that your family has the internet or phone off. I tried everything to fix it but it always did the same, didnt work for me.
1 ★ Very disappointed in this app. Alerts are received late, when I try to locate my children says location detected when their location settings are on. Reached out to customer service and no reply. Paid for the year subscription and does not work properly! Update deleting app. Horrible!
1 ★ Never worked for me and my family... I had to Uninstall after trying to locate my husband for over 24hrs. Location was at home all day meanwhile he was not at home and we were desperately looking for him all over.
1 ★ Downloaded, joined "family" and the map wouldn't load for either of us. Just a blank map that said "Google" at the bottom right. When I tried to click on it to open it, it wouldn't do anything.
1 ★ I paid the year's subscription but it keeps crashing when I try to add 'places'. it also doesn't continuously track 'real time' and I have received no alerts when they have reached the 2 places it has allowed me to save . annoyed is an understatement
1 ★ this app is garbage. what a waste of money. constantly crashed, location never sent on time or at all sometimes, speeding would register for frontage roads not the actual road we were on sending constant speeding alerts. wish I could get my money back from this
1 ★ If I could give this app zero, I would. Support is horrible. One week with no answers and multiple requests. Cant delete your account, retrieve password doesnt work for free accounts, can't see added child to the account even after they joined family. Anything that could go bad with this app just happened.
1 ★ So far so good. And to come back an edit review. This app is a rip-off. Nothing works on app realtime says not located. History none. And then they have no refund policy. Just crazy. Wish i could give no stars.
1 ★ purchased the upgrade, downloadrd the app on the other family members phones but every time i try to check where they are it says location unavailable. i do not reccomend this app at all. i have downloaded 360 and it on the otherhand is fabulous. big thumbs down to family locator!
2 ★ reinstalled on one phone said " can not connect" and stop working on all family devices no map no locations only "ask you parent" option in menu on all parent devices. Before this worked but drained battery a lot.
1 ★ It use to be good. Signed up for the year. Got a new phone and know it won't give me full access. Says I'm already signed up but won't let me do anything.

1 ★ Couldn't even set up my own account. App kept crashing. Got the activation code text, but couldn't get the app to stay open or even remember my info.
1 ★ Unable to locate person in real time. Will give accurate location temporarily after person checks in but then reverts to unknown location with message that it cannot connect to other person's device.
