2 ★ I am not able to login via Amazfit account. Every time I try to login, it shows Network Error when clearly there is network and internet. Please help me to login via my amazfit account.
1 ★ Terrible app, makes the device itself almost useless. Buggy , missed recordings, creates multiple overlapping sessions...
1 ★ Doesn't let you log in with Amazfit account in Europe so won't work with Stratos 2 watch. Apparently it's a known issue.

5 ★ Great tennis sensor product.
1 ★ Data dissappears as soon as it's downloaded. Called Zepp they have no clue.
1 ★ Very disappointing app. After playing a match I connect the sensor to the app, I see the data beeing downloaded but then when going to history there is nothing there. All vanished! I would put more emphasys on improving one's game and forget about the social aspect. I know for sure that the Sony tennis sensor was wayyyy better!
3 ★ Failed to sync after battery died during the game. Missing training mode and bulk video delete ! How do you mesure ball speed if you do not know string tention? I like the app but it needs to be improved to give you 5 stars.

4 ★ Although my initial feeling was disappointment regarding the fact of having to change the device (sensor) for using the new app... I have to say that Zepp customer service contacted me and kindly pointed that for enabling some of the new features required more / different HW into the sensor which technically makes sense. Anyway I suggested when updating the app it is important having backwards compatibility with the old sensor in order to "maintain" customers at least with limited functionality.
2 ★ app is very unstable. when recording a match for singles the app wouod just totally crash and cannot keep up with the number of strokes. keep on getting disconnected with the sensor you end up pressing the power button everytime cause it couldnt connect the sensor.
2 ★ Can't load MONTHLY & Yearly Statics! And could you show us the Static as the zepp classic did, on the calendar ?
