5 ★ It's great! Really progresses perfectly.
5 ★ Update: Next workout: wk 7 day 1. 170 push ups in my last set! Some say the jumps in count are too high, and I initially thought that too. Instead what I've learned is, I can grind to the end of each workout despite the difficulty. It's a mental challenge. "How will I do this?" turns into, rest a few moments and do 5 more, 3 more, 6 more, and make it through that final set. I thought I wouldn't make it past week 4, and I'm 90 reps past that now. And feeling accomplished.

5 ★ It's good. A steady build up. Though will probably need to work on out longer to max.out the set
