How to use it
• Download the Yango Wind app.
• Open the app and search for nearby e-scooters.
• Scan the QR code to unlock.
• Enjoy your ride, follow local regulations, use bike lanes where available, and do not ride on sidewalks.
• When you reach your destination, tap “End Ride” in the app. Park correctly and make sure the vehicle is not obstructing others.
Download the app and enjoy your ride!
Tips and Notice:
• Please enable GPS and Bluetooth on your smartphone for a better experience. GPS can provide a more accurate location service. Bluetooth will increase success in unlocking vehicles. Keeping the GPS running in the background, however, can decrease battery life.
• Before locking the scooter, please open the app to make sure the trip has been completed.
• Users must be 18 years or older to use and operate vehicles.
• Please park in appropriate locations and make sure the vehicle is not obstructing others.
• Please always wear a helmet while riding our e-scooters. This is required by law.

1 ★ Scooter shown 24 km left did maybe 3 stopped working no parking spot couldn't leave it there had to push heavy scooter for quite a distance. Even the scooters which show as perfectly fine come up as network issue and can't use it not worth the pain better to use a cab than make yourself angry.
4 ★ Cheap, quick and easy to use. Could use a few more parking spots in key areas like shopping centres,gyms etc.
1 ★ CUSTOMER SUPPORT UNAVAILABLE! my account locked for some reason, I was directed by the app to contact the customer support, they didn't reply my emails and their phone number is not even a valid number. Still waiting a few weeks...:(
1 ★ The scooters are rarely in sight; and those that are, are either broken or will leave you in the middle of the street. If scooters have already been reported with low battery or malfunctions, they still show up as 'available' on the map, so you lose time arriving to those parked scooters just to find out they are not available after scanning the QR code. Honestly, just walk or take the bus.
5 ★ Nice easy & quick 2 use. Parking can be annoying as sometimes it just won't park, but ok.
3 ★ Had difficulty using the app seemed to hang and crash initially, had to reboot phone several times.
2 ★ Good idea but the app needs a lot of work. Location isn't very accurate so often you can't park in designated parking bays as the app says the scooter is in an area you can't park and continues charging you. It should also have estimated time left on battery because if the battery runs out on your trip it also keeps charging you until you find a parking bay.
1 ★ The app is just taken my private data and then telling me that I am a blocked.... well very fun, I've been very glad to get this experience
4 ★ CONS: >Scooter feels heavier, mediocre acceleration, low top speed uphill >Wind app is sluggish, buggy and unresponsive. Also requires Bluetooth, which consumes power. >Expensive per minute (however they have a day pass) PROS: >MUCH faster downhill due to no top speed cap >Auto-brake instead adjusts gradually to your speed (Other scooters' auto-brakes like Voi, kick in hard when at top speed). This allows for smooth riding >Suspension. Again, smooth rides >Longer battery life than competitors
1 ★ Tried 3 or more scooters and all wouldn't move for me. I've paid almost 1 pound to stand there and go no where. These are rubbish and I won't be returning as a customer in the future. These are an absolute waste of time and effor. Easier just to walk somewhere.
5 ★ Great app easy to use and fun machines to ride with amazing prices
5 ★ They are great for when u have been at work all night and ur feet r killing and u would have to walk 45 min to the tram
2 ★ Stable and safer than the competitors, but a bit slow and too expensive.
4 ★ It's hard to find a parking spot. The signs on the roads, which are marked for parking is not accurate with App GPS. Ending up checking around where You be able by App to park
5 ★ Easy to use and great piece of transport around city!
