1 ★ When it does work its great. Problem is it doesn't like to work. If you click on a deal and select build your own pizza, it will crash every time. This is ridiculous. With every update this app gets worse and worse. Fix your garbage or keep losing business, like me and I'm sure many others, to dominoes because their app actually works.

1 ★ If you change your store your cart is cleared. It's not a bug its a feature they decided was a good idea. I cant say what i need to within 28 characters, so my pizza is wrong. For some reason the deal on large specialty pizza for $12.99 costs $16.49 So today i order, complain to the store. And leave it a bad review, and its the fault of the person who reads this and decided they will do nothing.

5 ★ No problems ordering with the app. The last update, I didn't like when you check out. It doesn't break down the price for each thing like it used too. Now you just see one total next to your list of food. Then when you scroll down it shows you your total with tax and fees. I liked it better when I could see what each item costs.

1 ★ Thus app used to be great. I used it to order online for years,, but the past few months its been impossible do anything on it!! It crashes at random times. Mainly after about 30 seconds into using it. ive restarted it, re-download it, restarted my phone, tried many different things and nothing helps, the website has been buggy for me too so ive had to resort to ordering over the phone lately. Im not sure whats been going on with this glitchy app recently but this has GOT to be fixed ASAP.

3 ★ It's still got problems. It takes a while to get the right birthdate when you have to back arrow thru all the months and years. I didn't find a way to just pop up the date on a calendar 🗓️. I also couldn't find any way to get back to my order to make sure that I made the right changes. I remember that the App before this App was much better than this.

1 ★ Ordered through the app. After waiting 20 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be delivered, I get a call from the store stating I am too far. I asked how that's my problem, and they hung up on me. I never got my order. Apparently, the app sent my order to the wrong store. Thanks for that. I haven't eaten for almost 24 hours, and, when I'm finally able to, I get this kind of performance. Will never use this app or Pizza Hut again. Fix your app and fix your staff. Both are horrible.

5 ★ I love this Pizza Hut App. I have never yet been disapointed. I had a pizza from pizza hut that was not to my liking once and when I called to tell the store about it they said sorry and gave me a credit towards my next order!!! 😊 Pizza Hut has always been my fav since I was a kid . Today I am 49 yrs.old and I still love Pizza Hut and so do my kids!!😊

1 ★ Failed to place orders after update. Both times the app said order placed, and then subsequently ready, but store said did not have the order when we went to pick it up, told us to call it in and try again, but then could not get the same prices that were shown in the app. Pizza Hut's food is not worth the trouble and effort to order if it isn't going to work, only to then pay nearly double the price by ordering in-store or over the phone.

3 ★ Application is simple and easy to use no issues making an order. Only problems I encountered was actually placing the order in the checkout tab. I have experienced very long load times I've had to close app and try and complete order almost every time I reach checkout tab. Re-entering the info all over again usually helps. Thank goodness the actual pizza order stays in cart. Maybe an update would help in my opinion. But in the end the pizza is worth it.

1 ★ Just call your local shop, this app is nice when it wants to work, other wise kinda junk. They dont tell you about any evtra charges until you go to check out, and the check out button is the only thing that will load as soon as you click on it, everything else takes ages. Save the time and call your local shop to order, clear answers and a lot shorter time ordering

1 ★ So, I wanna start out by saying that I love Pizza Hut. This app is extremely frustrating, when I try to use the deals I normally use, it lets me go through the process of putting my order in but instead of adding it to my cart, it tells me that they don't have the deal. I go to the website and find out that the deal is sold out. I really wish the app told you when something is sold out. You're already tracking my data, as well as everyone else who uses the app, why can't you track your own data?

3 ★ It is impossible to redeem a coupon code for a free pizza. I received one some time ago (by email) & tried to order via the app but ended up having to call the store & get the manager to process it. I got a 2nd email offer for a free pizza & again, when I enter the code at checkout, the app goes immediately back to the menu. The manager is not on duty tonight & the offer expires today, so I am out of luck. The app is not really bad, but it's not really good either.

2 ★ This app has never worked for the specials. For example, it shows I can order a large any topping pizza, I usually add 3 meats & 4 veggies. Should be $11.99 yet always shows as 18.00 plus change. Per store employees they can't see the online orders. I'm sorry but isn't that the whole point of having an app in the 1st place? I've even selected a pizza & removed toppings without adding new ones & the price is still wrong. If you can fix that it would be nice. Because you do not earn points.

1 ★ You've changed this app. and made it more difficult to use your rewards. It no longer gives you an option on how to use your reward points, you can only use them on items PH suggests. And when you cancel that item, you lose points!! And you've made it more difficult to navigate the app. Not Cool!! 8/4/2020 It is still not allowing the reward points to used. 2/22/2021 this update has made it actually impossible to use! I can't even get into it to even use it,I had to order as a guest! Still sucks

1 ★ OLD:Easy to use when placing orders. Offers tracking info if you want it NEW: useless app. Not able to redeem rewards always with error message. Lately, unable to place an order with credit card. Forget about being able to read any messages in the app, it has increased to 5 messages, but nothing is shown when you go to the message section. Unfortunately as much as I prefer Pizza Hut, I will need to find another pizza preference as it seems this app is a failure in customer service & rewards use
