3 ★ I've used this app for years, and it's an ongoing issue. The problem is when I'm listening to podcasts with the screen off, the audio stops playing at exactly 20 minutes no matter which podcast I'm listening to. I then have to wake my phone and press play to continue listening. I've tried EVERYTHING you might suggest as a remedy, but nothing has worked. From disabling battery optimization, to enabling app background activity. I've owned numerous Android phones and this issue has always occurred.

1 ★ I've had this app for some time and it has worked fine. Apparently, a recent update has broken it. The app opens, but as soon as you click a story to read it, the app crashes and closes. I've cleared cache, restarted, and deleted and reinstalled. It still doesn't work. Phone is a Galaxy S10 running Android 10.

1 ★ Was decent app with a few flaws that I lived with because I love reading and listening about the Boys everyday, but the new update makes it unusable so far. I have to login to access and it won't allow me to create an account with any of the options(seat geek, facebook, or new cowboys account) I hope this is resolved quickly as training camp is just getting underway. They should have updated earlier to get the bugs out instead of right before the best part of the offseason.

1 ★ Lags a lot. Free to play is too complicated. I don't understand why they can't just ask ALL the questions before the game instead. You have to wait till new questions appear during the game. Then sometimes it doesn't submit them. NBC predictor and FOX 6 got it right. I hope they can fix this.

3 ★ What's the point of having this app for information and news when it's always the last one to provide said news. I hear about things that happen hours before this app updates or puts the story out. The app is great for schedule, roster, and podcast(which are opinionated and not very informative), but anything other than that you can get information faster from other sites.

3 ★ Good app but jas abug issue with the new android update has video timing out which is bothersome and tiring and having to do a work around makes this app useless at times. So to everyone out there the work around would be hiting the recent apps button on your phone or tablet and then selecting the cowboys app again and pressing play and that way keeps it from timing out hope that helps but we shouldnt have to be doing that. Fix it please.

1 ★ Agree with alot of others, update has messed it up. I have used this app every single year and it was great, loved it. I tried to create an account and it keeps saying my credentials are invalid!! I'm a die hard so this is disappointing and frustrating!!

1 ★ Create an account. Ok, all fields entered. Hit done and it says please fill out all fields. Ummm they are. Checked 4 times. Try again and same dumb message. I'll go somewhere else where headaches just to sign up dont exist. Plenty of places to get DC updates. You lose. Uninstalled.

1 ★ App is crashing every time I click a news article. Podcasts and video work fine. But every single time I click an article it crashes, regardless of what article it is. I've used the app for years never had a problem till recently. Did an update break something?

1 ★ After update it forces you to create an account...but the account creation page will not accept my information. they broke a perfectly good app. i wish there was a red star for apps that don't work as intended.

3 ★ If they didn't take away the radio broadcast this app would be 5 star. If I knew how to delete the latest update I would. Been listening to the games for 2 years and now I all I can do is hit the refresh to tell me what is going on. This is ridiculous

1 ★ Terrible app. Must be ran by idiots. Takes days for statistics to be updated. There's no contract options for any issues. Jerry Jones himself must oversee this app because it is so poorly managed. It's shameful. Someone deserves to be fired for the massive shortcomings of this horrific application. Every single aspect of this site is lazily done. The idea that the most valuable sports team on the planet has an official site this poorly funded is disgraceful. Shame on you all.

1 ★ It was a really good app. But recently in the past 2 weeks something has changed! I've deleted the app but I will still reload it from time to time to see if the stability has improved. (I'm using android Huawei if that matters)

1 ★ With the new app update I can not log in or create an account! It asks for a zip and will no accept anything I put in as I live in Canada. Very disappointing that the developer would over look this issue and make it unusable to anyone outside of the US.

3 ★ The app is great. The team, however, sucks cow floppers. Again. I don't use it because it depresses me. But if I did, I would enjoy the articles and commentary. Ask me again when we've solved the issues with defensive backfield and O-line depth. I will probably LOVE the app then.
