3 ★ App is pretty good for tracking steps + if it's connected by bluetooth to your phone it will send (basic) notifications to the watch; however for sleep it just doesn't add up right says I got 4.1hours sleep when recorded sleep is light 1.7hours so is this to do with my "set" sleep time??? + how is it excellent quality when I've had (different night) 2hours deep vs 3.50hours light sleep it seems to tell me anything over 5hours is excellent quality regardless if it was light or not ... not useful!

1 ★ I have to try 500 times for this device to finally pair with my phone. Most of the time I give up after 10 minutes of unsuccessful trying. I will definitely return this stupid tracker and not get another one.

1 ★ watch stopped connecting to the app after a week and nothing works to reconnect. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, reseting bluetooth, powering off watch, still not working. It says swipe down to search for device and it won't even swipe down.

1 ★ Update the app! The last update made my watch COMPLETELY useless. I have been looking into other watches that do the same things (and MORE) that might actually work! This is one of the cases in which I would agree that you should be able to rate the app less than 1 star!

1 ★ I just bought this tracker and it will not connect to my phone. I tried unistalling and redownloading the app. I cannot get any of the reminders to work without a diconnect band message popping up. The tracker itself is fully charged and my bluetooth is on. I thought I was getting a good product that wouldn't break the bank, but right now it's uselss!

4 ★ It is working now!!! I sent support an email and they got back to me with this: "Please do the following and see if it helps: 1) Go into Settings. 2) Click into Apps. (Some phones will have this category phrased differently, you're basically looking for all of your applications you installed). 3) Scroll through your applications until you find the iFitness Activity Tracker application. 4) Click on it and then look for Storage. 5) Click into it and you should see 'Clear Data'. 6) Hit 'Clear Data'. 7) Once done, go back to the window were you first clicked Storage. 8) You should see 'Uninstall' listed here. 9) Hit 'Uninstall' and the application will be removed. 10) Restart your device. After this has been done. Please go to the app store and re-download the iFitness Activity Tracker application. Make sure Bluetooth is active and no other smartwatches are part of your 'Paired' devices (even older ones you no longer use should be removed). Next, launch the iFitness Activity Tracker application and connect your device.

1 ★ I have had several problems connecting the watch to my phone. Now that it's connected, the watch's time is showing 11 minutes behind and I can't reset the time. Don't know if it's the app or the watch. My phone displays the right time.

1 ★ Please fix 2.2.2!!! By the way, what does unbundle mean? The previous version worked very well for an inexpensive watch but this one had a hard time connecting. Soooooo please restore your earlier version of the app and then fix this one. You shoold not let your users be Guinea pigs. I have had to revert to my Timex while I wait for the new version. I was a computer programmer before I retired and we always tested thoroughly before we would release a new version of our software. Did you?

4 ★ I love my device! I got it for Christmas. I'm currently not satisfied with the latest app update as now there is a black box in my notifications that i can't get rid of! i don't like it and want it gone. I have now uninstalled this app due to the newest notification from the update.

1 ★ This tracker used to work great, but is now garbage. The latest update has absolutely ruined it for me. The app is constantly crashing--if you can even get it to open. The watch doesn't track sleep like it says and half the time you can't get it to sync with bluetooth. Absolute waste of time and money. Followed instructions left to restart and fix the issues, but I'll save you the trouble--don't waste your time. Just delete the app and throw the watch in the trash (if you can't return it).

1 ★ The wristband doesn't work well. I use a plastic hair tie to keep it from coming off. Right now I'm trying to reconnect it to my phone and it won't connect to my bluetooth. Even though I bought this on sale for $30 knowing that I know now, I would NOT buy it again.

1 ★ I'm so so sorry I bought this tracker. app at first was ok. then the tracker and app would have different readings. or wouldn't change on either one when walking. then jumped down to two digit number and hasn't moved. and this was on the first and only day so angry 😢should have known better

1 ★ Update: The app has additionally started asking for ridiculous permissions, like access to my contacts, photos, messages, and to draw over other apps. This fitness band is not a phone, and has no camera, keyboard, or speaker. The app has stopped synching with my watch, even though it is charged and nearby. The app doesn't give me a choice to resynch with the watch or to pull down anything to refresh the data. It seems that the app no longer is connected to my watch or my profile, which makes it useless. Reinstalling the app did not help. It behaves as if the whole app has been hacked and taken over by malicious spyware.

1 ★ The watch and the app are awful. The step counter is very off. It counts a lot of movement as steps. I was sitting down and by the time I got back up I had an extra 600 steps. The heart rate monitor is the main reason I wanted it and it doesn't work at all. Sometimes it won't give me a measurement at all and then when it does its always about 50 bpm, even after a workout. Sometimes when I open the app the slide with heart rate isn't even there it just disappears. I do not recommend the watch/app

3 ★ I don't like the new update, it uploads the data but does not display it on the app. it also keeps connecting to the band at random times making it vibrate, and if you unbound it you loose all of your data.
