1 ★ Experience is good but. I think yango needs to change the rates because it's too high. instead of topping up my balance, I'd have to fuel up the car,fuel is very high in this country. Yango should just find a proper fixed price for the rides and distance. and the photo check update also needs to atleast be done once.
2 ★ Whenever the customer location is incorrect and they ask you to come to the exact location, we do request for additional fee from the customer to the order to be delivered. Now the customer will report that,you have charge them extra which your support team would never confirm from the rider. And when it comes to weekend, then your team gives us warning that we ask the client for extra money and you will loose access to trip bonuses as well It is unfair to treat riders in such situations.
