2 ★ I have recently had my house rented 8 years sold out from under me. I had to shut down my cable but the email is my main source of communication and I'm having problems getting to the email via my cell phone. I was going to change to xfinity but couldn't because I had just shut down my cable after 27 years I'd been customer.
1 ★ It's been a few weeks and I cannot login! It's so annoying. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Nothing. My husband who has the same phone as I do is having no troubles. I can't see my data usage and it makes me super mad. Please fix this!
3 ★ Update! Oh my god, the decimal point is back. Theres a Nobel prize in there somewhere. As long as you just want to gaze at things, it is a fine app. BUT WHO WRITES A BILL PAYMENT APP THAT DOESNT LET YOU ENTER A DECIMAL POINT? Well, the people who wrote this one. They need to talk to the people who wrote the Xfinity Comcast app. Or maybe they just dont want people to pay their bills promptly.
1 ★ It's been 2 months since I could use this app. I can't sign in, I've un installed and installed, but the same thing. I can't sign in. It's unusable.
1 ★ We have two email addresses associated with our Xfinity account one for myself and one for my husband. When trying to log in it tells me that only the primary account holder has access which means I do not. What a bunch of nonsense
4 ★ Easy to use and navigate. I wish it was able to pay in advanced instead of waiting for cycles to finish before it possible.
1 ★ BIG TRICK , if you willing to try them be ware of hidden details don't get excited for the $$ off you will have through the time you stay with them You will pay every thing in FULL but in their way , if you like to switch your carrier have a second thought be patient and check all details .. got used to pay 75 including every thing , now they charging me 107 after i called the C.S all explanations are b...sht and does not make sense , i paid my device in full just to go back to my old carrier
1 ★ Cant even get to login. 1st screen says needs update, go to Play Store. But in store there is no update avail... wow! Uninstalled, re-installed... no difference. Went throigh main Xfinity program, didnt help.
5 ★ Great App! For mobile phone services, I like the deals offered inside the app, all the while being functional...all around ..5 stars from me.
5 ★ The app works well and makes adding GBs to the by the Gig plans really easy. Any information that you need to find out about your account and devices is easy to find and the interface is pretty intuitive.
2 ★ Terrible service unwilling to work with me from home , I am disabled and can't get to the store. I wanted a different phone I don't care for the one that was chosen.when I switched to bundle etc..
1 ★ Stick with the old version. I just got this and may have just not figured things out yet but i cant find how much i owe or which phone owes what. Its just more of a billboard of offers. Im going back to check it out closer but so far i regret updating.
3 ★ I have ixfinty at home and seems to automatically switchs to phone data than use my phone data at home also takes payment out of account earlier then plan was written
1 ★ Slowest Internet speed and best in charge local Tax, you are bond with Internet no Internet you have to pay more than Att and Verizon. Do not waste your time and get out this hell service. They have lowest 4G LTE speed 5 to 8 mbps.
1 ★ Used app for many months. Now unable to open it. Tried refresh but no luck. Asked for help no luck. What is going on?
