App permissions
X-DRONE 2.1.1 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to enter Wi-Fi Multicast mode.
Allows applications to change network connectivity state.
Allows access to the vibrator.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

1 ★ App is unable to request the right permissions for writing to storage, therefore can't save any photos or videos. Do not get this app or any drones that use this app if you want to be able to capture images. Also has a clunky UI, not written in well-formed English, and occasional connection drop outs. Poorly executed.
2 ★ Impossible to grant this app permissions to access Photos&Videos. So you can fly the drone but cannot record anything, which makes the drone useless.
2 ★ Why is my phone not allowing storage permission to this app?
4 ★ Good but not good enough
2 ★ For what ever reason, I was only able to successfully connect once. After that, can connect to the drone wifi. But after that, X drone app will not connect to the drone. The app will no longer connect to the drone, only the drone wifi.
