Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

3 ★ I miss this app. A few months ago, they got rid of everything that made it so good. Now it's unintuitive and sad. And I'm sad too. Edit: The app has been improved again since my review last year. They are still missing the local live video cameras they used to have. And many older features are still locked behind paywalls.

1 ★ 12/8/2019 For many years I only used WU on all my devices. The app is horrible now. The UI is very different & confusing at first & there is no option for the notification bar. There is also no longer an option for severe weather alerts. I had to delete app data for the app to even open because of the update. Uninstalled. I may consider reinstalling in a while once the devs decide to change the app for the better. Update: 5/27/2021 Just reinstalled again. The app is still trash.

2 ★ When the app works, it's great. More often than not it doesn't work though. The weather data just wont load, even when connected to WiFi. I could complain and hang around until it's fixed, but honestly, I dont have to. I'm deleting this app now and downlading another. I'm using a Google Pixel.

1 ★ This WAS my favorite for years. But no longer. I exchanged 5 stars for 1 for replacing a great clear, on-screen widget of conditions, temp, etc. with an incredibly ugly and unsizeable white background one in update. Local weather updates lag also. I've used this app for years but now it is just as undependable as all the weather apps. Congratulations. You updated it right into being useless. POS now!

2 ★ Everything about this app absolutely sucks now. You should have left it alone. Stop making changes when you have no idea how to make an app run correctly. This app used to be more user friendly and easier to use. There used to be more weather stations to choose from. Tracking hurricanes used to be more helpful and efficient. The graphics still looks like kindergarten class.

2 ★ Great widget for weather awareness and best histogram for viewing future weather. Oops, that was until IBM bought the company, killed off the widget, and overly simplified (screwed up) the histogram view on the app. I've used the WUNDERGROUND app for over five years. Every change made over the years made me more reluctant to use the app hourly or even daily. Now that the 3-day widget view is gone, I have little reason not to look around for replacement widgets or services. Good work guys...

1 ★ New owner. Changed things. Can no longer overlay satellite and radar. Temp graphic occupies most of the home screen while telling little data. Alternate maps are tiny, non-magnifiable and don't rotate when I go horizontal. Dropped from 4 to 2 stars Map animation shows only the last 1/2hr. Too short to see activity. Look for a tropical storm and the map centers in the ocean south of Ghana, no where near the actual location. Dropped from 2 stars to 1

1 ★ Updated 5.29.21: Widget won't update. Completely despise the update. The app doesn't fit in the GS9 screen, font is too large on the forecast temps, making them run together, the map is horrible and doesn't even show my location. I have to click and expand to see more than 3 days of forecast, the hourly info is hard to manage, basically the UI is terrible. Whose bright idea was it to ruin, RUIN a good app? And it was released before the widget was even developed. Switching apps ASAP.

2 ★ 7/20/20 - Data is incorrect. I watched a station close to me reach a high of 88 at 5pm. Just looked two hours later and the recorded high was only 83. The high of 88 doesn't even show on the hourly temperature chart. Update: never rely on the forecasted high. The station closest to me had a forecasted high of 75 this morning. At 1:30, that station is recording a current temperature of 80 degrees. It is also 84 at my home. That is a 5-10 degree FAIL and it's consistent! What good is it then?

1 ★ This app barely works half the time. It's either getting stuck on the opening IBM screen for 10 hours before finally getting in, or if you do actually get into the app, you sit there staring at it waiting for it to give you the temp. Stations come and go all the time, and sometimes they get stuck on a reading from hours ago no matter how much you refresh. The dopler rarely works right. Ads are extremely intrusive and they expect you to pay FOR A WEATHER APP just to get rid of them. What a joke

3 ★ I've used this app for years. It started out as a phenomenal app, but over the past 3 years is has really tanked. It has become so unreliable. I just go outside to check the weather. It is currently still giving me the temp from yesterday even though today is much cooler. I used to love this app. 3 stars for nostalgia, mostly.

3 ★ Takes forever to load, doesn't give you all the information that's available on their website (particularly only gives 10 day outlook vs. 15, and doesn't give you pollen counts). Also the "continuous" temperature doesn't stay updated all the time, sometimes doesn't refresh for hours at a time.

1 ★ Used to love this app and I've used it for years. Now is missing some of the basic information that I relied on. Wish they would bring back humidity on a daily basis versus the chart for the whole week. That is worthless to me. And now they're really pushing for a subscribed version which probably brings all those basic features back. Moving on to another weather app that is much better.

2 ★ Used to be great, not now. It's so slow. I suspect they want you to pay for the upgrade. It used to load immediately, now it takes almost a minute to load. It shouldn't take that long to tell me what tomorrow's weather is. I can Google the question and get immediate results. I rated 2 stars because when the app finally loads there's a lot of info, a few months ago it would have been 5 stars. Time to look for another weather app, It's a shame I've been using WU for years and years.

5 ★ Love the layout It's the best app layout of any app EASY TO FIND information AND COMPREHENSIVE (Rare). It has a good ongoing notification doesn't require location. I never use notification widgets if they require location because I like to monitor outside my location. The one area of weakness is radar in comparison to the weather channel. But it does show areas of high pressure and low pressure which is very neat, I appreciate the app keeping past weather for viewing!!! Bring back the webcams!!
