4 ★ Pretty convenient for making payments. Tech support is a bit challenging w Kinetic Windstream. Although hardware support is very good, tech support for help with software settings and such seems like it is a different organization. I have contacted them twice for help resolving network connection issues. Both times they were somewhat rude and seemed to not understand the issue. To end on a good note...when it comes to hardware service, they are top notch.

2 ★ Wish all functions worked...I used to be able to access the devices connected to my wifi but can not do that anymore...even after an uninstall and reinstall of the app. The feature shows on the app but it is grayed out and you can not click on it. Beyond that...it's nice to manage billing but lost most of its appeal...oh and it's painfully slow to load and the chat option is always experiencing high volumes so good luck getting anyone.

1 ★ Having had this service at multiple addresses and in different states, I highly recommend AVOIDING WINDSTREAM AND AFFILIATES at almost all cost. Speeds don't come close to advertised. Customer support is unhelpful. You run the risk of entirely losing what you've paid for every time any work is performed on the phone lines supportig your connection, as they will often mistakenly disconnect your own service to hook up a neighbor's new one, and it can take weeks for them to schedule to come back.

1 ★ Go with another company! The internet would disconnect and reconnect up to 2-3 times PER MINUTE!! I never had consistent signal and opted to use my data. It's so bad that my job made me go back to the office because the signal is unreliable. Customer service is incompetent. One agent didn't give me complete steps to follow when I cancelled service. The second agent I spoke to was rude. I used to work in customer service and I would never talk to a client the way they spoke to me.

4 ★ this is the first time I have used this app and so far it seems very easy to use and so much more convenient. The only thing I found a little complicating is that my bill had a past due payment (seems I had forgotten to pay July ..life gets you sometimes that way) but it only showed me a total amount. It didn't show me a current + past due so I had to do a little clicking around to figure out why the amount was so much.

5 ★ This app is great to have but the provider needs to step up their game a bit! My net goes out every single time it rains and there is a hassle with my bill all the time BUT they are always quick to respond when it does mess up and they always fix billing issues quickly and satisfaction is usually the end result so I will continue with Go Kinetic and recommend it to my friends! Update!!! After they sent a guy that wasn't afraid to climb the pole and clear it my net works perfectly!

5 ★ App works great for what it is. Simple way to pay the bill on the go if needed. Shows the balance, due date, options to pay partial if needed and easily get a screen of the bill if you want. Great job. Only option I think would be helpful is a small alert a day, or more, before bills are due. Thank you for an excellent app that does what it needs to, with no frills attached.

1 ★ I'd give this a zero if I could. REALLY thinking hard about Starlink as it's my only other option where I live. There's an outage due to someone carelessly cutting an optics cable. Know how I found out? No, not an email or a notification in this app. I had to call in, be placed on hold, disconnected, call back, told to check the app (nothing). Log into the chat, get told service will be restored in 3 days. It was not. Now we're 2 days out from then and still no updates.

1 ★ Worst internet service I have ever used, the app, the costumer service lines, the costumer service team, the sales team, all of them have the following qualities: -no options nor solutions -bad quality of attention (some where rude) -bugs The only thing that could be recognized is the cheap prices, but if you are able to get any other internet service go for it.

1 ★ New user trying to register on go kenetic app for android. Got a generic error message that it failed for no specific reason. Called support. We tried AN HOUR of experiments all reaching dead ends. Then the call was unexpectedly transferred to another person who started over and got the same results. Support was polite but worthless. The accent was so bad that proper phonetic alphabet was misunderstood. Supervisor support changed nothing. Big waste of time. Awaiting a callback tomorrow.

2 ★ This app rarely works when needed for us and we have to pay extra for it. Almost not worth it but we need it for our teenage child. Very depressing and we never get credit on our account when it doesn't work, still charged the same. When it works it is a great app to use and I love having the ability to shut off devices when needed and pay the bill and so much more

5 ★ I really like how the app can link to live chat and then gives phone number to call. What I like better than live chat is a real live person who {At least I hope and think it is not A.i. ?} helps resolve billing issues, promotional offers , make adjustments to correct, plan pricing to keep the same or about close to the same budget as originally had it before system tried price gouging. They try to qive quality of service. The quick and easy access at finger tips service is in 5 star app 👍

1 ★ The app won't open. I have installed and Uninstalled. I've then re-installed. I rarely even make it to the sign on screen and if I do it just spins and loads and spins until it says error my page has expired. We just had internet installed and we are loving it but I have no clue how to view my stuff if I can't sign on??? Might be operator's error but I'm lost on what to do next...

4 ★ The wi-fi / internet keeps disconnecting on me when I try to play games on my phone or stream programs, it will tell me I have wi-fi and no internet access. This can usually be fixed by un-plugging the modem for about 30 seconds, plugging it back in then re-running diagnostic to see if I truly am entitled to internet. However I see that I can do changes to name my network and give it a password that's easier to remember and monitor my account.

1 ★ No way to connect to modem in the app. The feature is supposed to be there, but all I can see is a guy standing next to a modem with no options for the modem. My app is also missing the speed test option. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, no change. I can go to the website and see the modem option every now and then, but it can never communicate with my Windstream supplied modem. The serial numbers match also.
