1 ★ I got no idea what this app does. Just shows a map of where I am and loads for 10mins. Does it just use up data and give me nothing in return. I can see a wilson car park next to me with my eyes but the app doesn't load anything

1 ★ This is a terrible app. It takes me less time to drive into the city and find a park than it does to book one using this app. Why are there so many menus and why cant the app remember my details? Isn't the entire point of an app to make things simple?

1 ★ I'm rarely inspired to review an app, but this is just too painful. The app's failure to remember your login details, and at least 6 screens of options and confirmations per booking make this a frustrating user experience. Spend a little money on UX guys. A saved favourite booking should be "Today, 9-5, 123 Some St", and should be 2 clicks at most.

1 ★ Good to see that your app design is as poor as your car park prices. By piss poor I mean exorbitant. Whats the point in having an app if it doesn't save you logging in every time.

1 ★ You need to organise a filter for maximum clearance height. Too frustrating to use

1 ★ Tried to book at Entertainment Quarter, i could find it on tbe map but when i click on it and try to book - it wasn't in the drop down list. Frustrating

1 ★ So if you are trying to find a car park, and are using this app, that means you are BREAKING THE law for one by using your phone behind the wheel and putting other people at RISK because YOU are using your phone. Good job Wilson for essentially encouraging people to break the law. 👏👏👏👏

4 ★ Just discovered this app and think it will be useful. One request, as a motorcycle rider, it would be great if you could filter the map just to show car parks that accept motorbikes or have a special motorbike rate.

3 ★ I know of 2 parks recently taken over, please update - your pricing beats secure parking :)
