Simply install our Wi-FI VoIP app. It comes with test credits to make your first calls for free.
Check the rates in the app (Rates tab).
This service does not cover calls to emergency phone numbers and should not be used as such.
"Wi-FI VoIP" is based on CSipSimple and is licensed under GNU GPL v3. More information in the app.
App permissions
Wi-Fi Voip: make VOIP calls 83 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows an application to read the low-level system log files.
Allows an application to use SIP service.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to broadcast sticky intents.

2 ★ It was good when I first installed before but now I'm very disappointed. How come I'm loosing my credits just by calling without speaking with the person. I'm uninstalling it after I finish my credit
1 ★ It doesnt do the calls it just turns off my phone and ends the call what kind of app is this its a rip off thats what it is
2 ★ I dont wang to comment over service as i did not load balance because of higher rates. Other voip services are offering with cheaper rates with best quality so why we need to go for it. We could only use it if rates are cheaper from other voip services.
