PAY WITH YOUR PHONE
It’s simple, safe, and contactless! For fuel purchases, just open the app, select ‘Pay at Pump’, enter your pump number, and authorize the pump. All you have to do is get out of your car to select a fuel grade and begin fueling. When you finish fueling, the app automatically displays a receipt with your transaction total, earned rewards and, if selected, a car wash code.
If your location services are turned off, simply scan the QR code at the pump to select your pump number.
For in store purchases, open the app, select ‘Pay in Store’, confirm your payment method, click ‘Generate QR Code’, and show the QR code to the cashier for scanning. When your transaction is complete, the app automatically displays a receipt with your transaction total and earned rewards.

The app accepts payment methods that include Google Pay, all credit and debit cards, Click to Pay, and Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+.⁴

2 ★ Was a great app. But now when I try to purchase gas with car wash I cannot scroll down to complete transaction.
2 ★ Like the app because it is convenient, esp on a motorcycle, but I have had too many instances when launching the app and it will automatically approve the previous pump and location that I was at. Even when I'm no where close to being at the previous location. I enabled the pin code feature, but it still will approve a pump from the previous transaction. It's an issue I've reported before, but have seen any updates or improvements. If I keep using the app, someone is going to get free gas
4 ★ Update from original version much better but location services still a bit off the app should scan the area and select closest station or ask you to confirm if say 2 on one block. Also it needs to remove all the unnecessary clicks to get to the authorization pump stage. Lastly having to leave the station and come back just to use the app is pointless, I should be able to complete 3 transactions using the app at a min (e.g. car fueling, container fueling, convenience store purchases)
4 ★ App is pretty basic it would be great if you could see the bonus points you have qualified for like the 100 gallons a month for example like how close you are and make it so all the info is available in the app without having to be sent to the website for more information because even on there you can't see everything otherwise its a very handy app.
1 ★ The mobile app used to work. Now it doesn't work at all. Can't login at all. I changed password thinking maybe password was issue. But that's not it. App always and only says something went wrong. No other details. The card even has issues at the pump. I'm forced to go inside station. This makes me not want to use the app, Mobil gas or any if it's services.
2 ★ Not a bad app- slow loading.. but no matter how many times you call, [3] & they tell you, your transactions that were made when their system/app is down by their gas card the purchases won't appear- so all your "points" don't show... plz fix 4/12- did what you asked & sent email over a week ago to rectify matter... no reply & points still haven't posted.. disappointed w customer service-
1 ★ Every other time I try to use the app it has some type of issue. Crashes and or won't connect.
3 ★ The app is asking me to accept their "Collection of Personal Data" policy, but after I click on the accept bar, it continues to come up, so I can't use the app.
1 ★ My app no longer work at the pump although I have sufficient funds on the payment methods. It keeps telling me to use another source. As of 4/1/21 this problem persist. I can't get any solutions calling customer service! What's the point of the app if you can't use the mobile cars via the app! When I go to Mobile I have to swipe the card at machine. Smh
1 ★ I loved this app and used it to pay for gas at every fill-up. Now, it doesn't recognize my location. I've made sure the permissions are on, I've cleared the cache and data, I've logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works.
1 ★ App stopped working. Reinstalled. Rebooted. Even got a new phone. Problem continues. It continues to say it can't find location and to us QR code. I do. Still does not work. For 2 weeks it tells me they are working on. Not likely.
4 ★ Just can't get my account to accept my points to go to to redeem it says that I'm using the wrong PIN number and when I swipe the card then it says it don't work but I can save the points and y'all save it but you won't let me redeem them you're not going to let me use them then give me the cash value and cash them you know I got the points you just don't want to let me use them your gas is high enough
4 ★ It would be a great app with a few enhancements. 1) Multiple users on 1 account. My wife and I both use this app and ever time she logs in on her phone, I am logged out and vice versa. 2) Should have the ability to add gift cards and earn rewards on those purchases as well. Other than that, it's a great app.
1 ★ As soon as I gave it a 5 star rating it stopped working, now it can't find my location and messes up the pump so bad that the attendant has to reset all the pumps. I drive for a living and used this app everyday but as of late I wouldn't bother, it doesn't give the same amount of points anymore and QT has better owners anyways.
1 ★ I've tried multiple times to join via the app and online. I get as far as the last step where I'm told I need an activation code. It never comes through. I've hit resend code multiple times too. Nothing. Frustrating.
