4 ★ The only thing about this app is when you get to the check out page to enter your payment info. The virtual pin pad numbers keep changing position, which can be very confusing if you accidentally enter the wrong number. Please be aware and careful when entering your pin numbers.
4 ★ I am recovering from hip surgery so decided to use shop rite app and I couldn't believe how easy it is to use once my order came the same day!! It is easy to use although there is some much food to select from. I'm addicted to it now. The service charge could be a bit lower but it's still worth it I think !
2 ★ I usually love this app but as of the last two weeks something is going on with the app the flier won't load, I can't shop by isle and it doesn't show me my recent purchases. I've unistalled turned off my phone re-installed and still.doing the same thing I even tried the app on one my old phone and my kids phone and it's the same I'm forced to go online but then I can't download the digital coupons please fix this problem asap
3 ★ Overall I like Shoprite very much and I get home delivery every week. The problem is that the delivery is coming earlier and earlier. I placed an order for delivery between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. The order was delivered at 12:20 PM. I was on a business call and unable to get to the door. Ice cream was melted and refrigerated items were almost room temp. There was no prior notice of an early delivery. I still like Shoprite just disappointed right now.
2 ★ ShopRite WAS our favorite supermarket - NO MORE!!! Receipts are LITERALLY unable to be deciphered, therefore unable to have sales, coupons, etc. confirmed - important because they're frequently missing/incorrectly applied & errors usually seem to be in store favor. Sales items frequently missing &/or sold out. Digital coupons are not applied - despite addition CONFIRMED in app/online. In future, we'll only shop there for things we cannot get @other stores - even if it means we have to pay more.
3 ★ I used to have a 5 star but SR has really not thought about the customers with low and fixed incomes.. Disability payments hasn't gone up but all their prices have exceeded my ability to purchase what I used to be able to buy... It's a shame that they priced up so high.. Just thinking of the people who are scraping for pennies..
5 ★ The app is good, however I have noticed that they limit the selections that you can make from what is actually in the store. For an example, I've been trying to order cornstarch on this app for a month, and they tell me they have it in the store., I stood in the store scanned the product and the app told me they did not have it.
1 ★ Pointless in Brooklyn. This app can't be used in the gateway mall location. There is no signal on the cell phone and can't be used without connection. I was not able to scan products or use my lists. No delivery, online shopping, or curbside, or anything else offered at the other SR locations.
5 ★ LOVE the service..very easy to use app.much better navigation Then other store apps...will use again .BUT.. I was disapointed in the delivery GUY...mr hugh.. NO MASK!!! NO GLOVES!! Besides that. It is the cheapest delivery service of all.(1) fee, thats it .My service & delivery fee for $449.98 in groceries was only $14.98.WOW!...instacart has 4 fees.(1)service fee $3.99-$7.99. (2)delivery fee .(3)heavy items fee, (4) tips..$400.00 in groceries would cost me $35.00+ service fee + heavy item fee.
5 ★ This app makes shopping super easy. With just a few click I can have me order delivered or ready for pickup. I love this app. Won't catch me standing in those long lines at the grocery store again.
3 ★ Overall the app is OK not quite great. Can't scan items in store for sales.. It needs a few major updates. The camera in the app use to work, but is now fuzzy. My phone is new with HD capability. Camera is clear on other apps, not Shoprite.
2 ★ I'm upset the first time I try to do this through your app, and I had 80 things in my cart, and then just everything disappeared. Nothing is loading, not even my past purchases. I'm over it.
4 ★ Like this app a lot! Easy to use. HOWEVER, if you are physically disabled and rely on EBT/food stamps, they will not let you use the "cash" part of your EBT for online orders 😭😭😭 I've already lost $50 because of this... physically unable to go into the store myself, and SSD takes back EBT cash if not used in a certain amount of time. Very frustrating! Had to remove all my paper products and toiletries from my grocery order and will have to find another way somehow. 😢
3 ★ The app sucks when trying to register. Also their contact phone is ALWAYS BUSY!!! Push ads!!! I sent a detail of the problem to ShopRite, and as of today not heard back at all. Recent update DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!!!
2 ★ Nice to look through the circular before going to the store, but the app is constantly crashing or freezing while using. Have to force stop it and reopen at least 3-4 times per shopping trip while using it in store.
