Organizational Law No. 113.14 on groups
     Royal Decree No. 1.15.85 issued on 20 of Ramadan 1436 (July 7, 2015), the implementation of the Organic Law No. 113.14 on groups, an official gazette number 6380 dated 6 October 1436 (July 23, 2015), page 6660-6708.
   Article I of the Organic Law No. 113.14 on groups as follows:
"According to the provisions of Chapter 146 of the Constitution specifies that the regulatory law:
- Terms of the group to measure how democratic affairs;
- Terms of implementation of the President of the Community Council for the Board's deliberations and decisions;
- Terms of petition by citizens and citizens' associations;
- Self-disciplines for the benefit of the community and shared competences between the state and the competencies transferred to it by the latter;
- The financial system of the group and the source of its financial resources;
- The conditions and modalities for the establishment of groups to groups dirt;
- Forms and modes of cooperation between groups and mechanisms designed to ensure the development of Turabi conditioning regulation in this direction development;
- Governance rules concerning the proper application of the principle of free management of the affairs of the community, as well as monitoring programs measure and evaluate the business and accounting procedures. "
   Article II of the same law, the group has been defined as follows:
"A group constitute the levels of the organization al-Turabi of the kingdom, which is subject to the general law of earthen group, has legal personality and administrative and financial independence."
  It should be noted that Article 280 of this law abrogated the provisions of Law No. 78.00 on the mass of the Charter implemented by Dahir No. 1.02.297 on 25 Rajab 1423 (October 3, 2002) have also been changed and supplemented.
